When I arrived, I was told by a different worker that he can only do the front and I would have to come back tomorrow in order to get the back fixed. The owner was not even here. Most days I would not mind the inconvenience, but this is very unprofessional on their part. I was offered a free tempered glass for my inconvenience. Walter was informative and fixed my front screen quickly, taking less than 20 minutes. Kudos for the quick service but I just wish I was informed of what can be fixed and what could not when I messaged the business ahead of time. Instead of having to make two 40 minute trips, I would've preferred to make only one.
