Alex responded to my request on a Thursday evening, which I really appreciated. I received one other quote, but this shop was closer and significantly more affordable at $350 instead of $600. The next day, I spoke with Ahmad and paid in advance so they could order the replacement part. They informed me that it would arrive sometime between Monday and Wednesday. Later, they even called me back to confirm that I wanted a Grade A screen, explaining that while it wasn't completely brand new, it was still covered by a one-year warranty. If I preferred a brand-new screen, it would cost an additional $50. I asked Ahmad for his honest opinion on which option was best for me, and he recommended the Grade A screen over the new one. I trusted his advice and went with that option. I dropped off my Mac on Wednesday at 9 AM, and by 11:30 AM, I received a call saying it was ready for pickup. Ahmad made the entire process as smooth and painless as possible, and I can't express how much I appreciated that. I highly recommend this place!

Though I thought it might be time to buy a new computer altogether, decided to put it off for another year or so (since Apple store hours and services were limited at this time). Instead, I just bought a new compatible battery (thru Amazon) that could be replaced by Apple, or an Apple-authorized repair shop. After googling some reviews online, decided to call this repair shop. I was able to speak with Nick right away, and he made the whole process seem so easy and hassle-free...and said that they can usually do it within the same day. He also gave me a quote for the repairs. Not only friendly, but very helpful! Although I happened to visit the shop on a busy Wednesday afternoon, Nick managed to get my laptop battery replaced and the fan blower (?) cleaned within a few hours. He was even willing to work past their store hours to get it completed if necessary! Whew...I was SO relieved to hear that, as I would have hated to leave my personal laptop with them overnight. Not only was this process hassle-free and expedient, it costed under 100 bucks!! By now, I've tested my new battery strength, and it has improved tremendously. Also, the fan blower isn't as loud (almost scary). So overall, am very satisfied with the service and repairs...and I would highly recommend this place for anyone with any PC issues!

They told us the of parts that didn't work and parts that in their opinion needed to be replaced. This is my son's 4K gaming computer that we bought brand new just over a year ago. I didn't really understand why whey wanted me to replace exciting operable new parts but I trusted their judgement and agreed to the repairs. I was made to pay in full and only received an initial receipt. I received no statement of a repair order or parts to be replaced. I was made to pay in over $900, and left the computer and the power cord, again with no inventory receipt. A week later I was called and told it was ready to pick up. When I arrived, I was handed the computer as I can hear parts loss and rattling around inside. I again left the computer for further and inspection and repair. When I was called again for pickup, I was handed the computer and extra parts that were not installed. These were not parts that were broken or requested to repair. We had never even spoke of the parts there were not installed. After asking about the uninstalled parts, I was giving information that we needed an additional part to install the original part. Additionally, there was no power cord. When I asked about the power cord, I was told that I did not drop one with the computer. I did not receive an itemized statement from CPR to proof this. Upon Jogging the memory of the manager she finally remembered and went to the back to retrieve the power cord. At that point, I requested for my computer to be put back in original condition and full refund as it was blatantly obvious that the store manager was incompetent and unprofessional. I requested to be notified when it was ready and left the store. Days later I was called the come and pick up the computer. Upon arrival I was handed the computer with al of the parts loosely staked on top. When I asked about the refund I was told they were only offer store credit and they would not reinstalled the original parts back in the computer. I left the store without accepting the computer to pursue legal remedies as I had no other choice. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS STORE.... YOU WILL REGRET IT...

TWELVE days after dropping it off they called to say it's ready. I go in and he just tries to hand me the charger. Where's the laptop? Oops, forgot they had it. Seriously?! Was a but cheaper than Best Buy to buy a charger but it would have been over in a few minutes. Absolutely the worst customer service and worst "repair" place in the area.
