A few hours later, he called me back and suddenly claimed there were multiple problems--now the motherboard "looked suspicious," and he said he might need to order special parts. I asked for proof or photos, but he just talked in circles, using a bunch of technical words to confuse me. It felt like he was making up issues just to raise the price. He said, "I already opened it up, so I have to charge you either way," and then mentioned a new fee--conveniently just under $100. I ended up paying more than double what he originally quoted, and my computer still wasn't fully working when I picked it up. It honestly felt like a scam. She said it would be no problem that we would just need to call up customer service to unlock it(Lie #1) We also double checked about work perks discount and she said sure you do qualify for it but that also is done over the phone with Tmobile(Lie #2) Bottom line we found out I couldn't use my ESIM for 24 months (because the new I phones are technically financed from apple) Evan though I told her how imperative it was for us to have that Esim# active she lied to get the sale. My old iPhone 6S which I've had forever and I love, was no longer charging properly and dying…read morequickly. (Having satisfactorily used FixNgo a few years back to replace a cracked screen, it only made sense to go back again). The technician replaced my charging port and installed a new battery. The repair was done while I waited a short period of time. The phone is working as good as the first day I bought it. I'm very happy with the service. The cost to repair and install new parts was reasonable and I was informed prior to any work being done. The store is very clean, well lit, well organized and provides seating if you prefer to wait. The staff is extremely courteous and best of all, no one even tried to sell me or pressure me into buying a newer phone. While I was there, I observed several people walk in for estimates and questions. All were greeted pleasantly. It's a professionally run business and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I was helped last year by someone named Jose who was cool and seemed knowledgeable but then I recently went back and was told by Hussein something different. He seemed pretty honest about service and which phones he thought were good and bad. He didn't encourage any of the customers to spend an excessive amount of money. He also had a few customers that had a few loose screws and he kept his cool. On most days the guys seem like they hate their job but sometimes you get them on a good day and they are friendly. I don't like that the phones on display are displayed in one color. I'm aware that you can see it online but it's not the same, Whats the point of the display if it has to be stuck on the display, in one color. I need to do more than just swipe the screen to test it out. But I guess that maybe that's a universal T-Mobile store thing. I never have a super pleasant experience, nor do I ever walk out feeling upset...they get the job done.
