Not sure what delivery company they use but 1 star is too much. I ordered a fridge 3" smaller in width than what I have and they were unable to bring it to my 3rd floor apartment! Scratching my hallway walls on top of that and not apologizing. They insisted it was impossible to get it in the house. Well I certainly didn't build a house around my current fridge now did I??. On top of that I'm then given a hard time about getting a refund to my credit card! Went to Lowe's bought a fridge wider than What I had and it was delivered in record time Without a single hiccup!

The worse pc Richard in Queens absolutely the worse arrogant attitude towards customers I believe his name was Anthony not sure it's not important but he was rude and never gave me warranty nor honored it ...

Worst company and customer service ever. I purchased a stove $800 and a smart tv $700 on 2/24/19 and exactly 1 year and 1 day later 2/25/20 the stove was making a beeping noise and the clock will turn off and on. I called to see what they could do to support me and the service I got was not the same as when I made the purchase. They were rude and policy oriented. I only needed guidance and support since I was having this issue. Then I call customer service and it was worse. No respect or sympathy for their customers. I can obviously Google the Frigidaire phone number it's just the way they treated a loyal customer for over 15 years. No Distric or Regional Manager support and service I received. I will definitely cancel my credit card with them and never again give them my money. I did contacted Frigidaire and as a customer service and gratitude they will service the stove at no charge since they understand it only a day over not a year over. I only needed their guidance since this never happened to me before. Thank you PC Richard for a fantastic worse customer service. This is my 2nd Yelp review and the 1st one was a 5 star. I wish I could give PC Richard a 0 star.

Staff is very friendly and customer service is excellent at P.C Richards. Johnny helped us pick an LG Tv to meet our requirements and budget

Extremely disappointed with this store. My husband and I were ready to buy a sofa for our daughter,…read morebut the price we saw on Facebook was $100 lower than what the store charged. When we brought it up, we were told the price had changed months ago, even though the ad was recent. The supervisor refused to adjust it, and when my husband asked if they didn't care whether we purchased, they said yes -- which felt dismissive. The staff were rude, uncompassionate, and showed no care. The supervisor name which sounds like (sh*t), I don't know how he spells it. My sister had a similar experience at another location. She was told she couldn't afford a bedroom set and that she might be better off financing it. She refused to finance or charge it and paid with cash. This behavior felt discriminatory and unacceptable. We would have bought the sofa anyway, but we refused to deal with this level of service. In contrast, we had a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Middle Village with Aggie. She was professional, attentive, and made the purchase process smooth and pleasant.

Went into the store and ordered a sectional from Mo on Sunday, November 9th and scheduled the…read moredelivery for Thursday, November 20th. On November 19th, the day before delivery, and Raymour and Flanigan called to confirm the delivery window 8-11am. My husband took off of work to be there for the delivery and disposed of our couch. We received another call from the store at 1:30PM the same day to let us know that they only had 2 pieces of the couch available and that they would prefer not to send the couch in two separate deliveries, so they would not be delivering our couch until next Tuesday, November 25th. When I called the store manager, Matthew, he told us they would do us "a favor" by taking off $224 delivery fee to deliver the couch next Tuesday. I am not sure how this is a "favor" to us after the major inconvenience they have caused, especially after only letting us know about the situation the afternoon prior to delivery (after already having confirmed that the couch would be delivered on the 20th earlier that morning). Now my husband is missing an entire day of work and we are going to without a couch for almost a full week. Matthew, said we would call me back within an hour. That was 3 hours ago. Unacceptable. Stay far away.
