On November 19th, the day before delivery, and Raymour and Flanigan called to confirm the delivery window 8-11am. My husband took off of work to be there for the delivery and disposed of our couch. We received another call from the store at 1:30PM the same day to let us know that they only had 2 pieces of the couch available and that they would prefer not to send the couch in two separate deliveries, so they would not be delivering our couch until next Tuesday, November 25th. When I called the store manager, Matthew, he told us they would do us "a favor" by taking off $224 delivery fee to deliver the couch next Tuesday. I am not sure how this is a "favor" to us after the major inconvenience they have caused, especially after only letting us know about the situation the afternoon prior to delivery (after already having confirmed that the couch would be delivered on the 20th earlier that morning). Now my husband is missing an entire day of work and we are going to without a couch for almost a full week. Matthew, said we would call me back within an hour. That was 3 hours ago. Unacceptable. Stay far away.

I would recommend this bureau (dresser) for small spaces and guests rooms.

Extremely disappointed with this store. My husband and I were ready to buy a sofa for our daughter,…read morebut the price we saw on Facebook was $100 lower than what the store charged. When we brought it up, we were told the price had changed months ago, even though the ad was recent. The supervisor refused to adjust it, and when my husband asked if they didn't care whether we purchased, they said yes -- which felt dismissive. The staff were rude, uncompassionate, and showed no care. The supervisor name which sounds like (sh*t), I don't know how he spells it. My sister had a similar experience at another location. She was told she couldn't afford a bedroom set and that she might be better off financing it. She refused to finance or charge it and paid with cash. This behavior felt discriminatory and unacceptable. We would have bought the sofa anyway, but we refused to deal with this level of service. In contrast, we had a wonderful experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Middle Village with Aggie. She was professional, attentive, and made the purchase process smooth and pleasant.

I received a delivery date and time for which my products would be delivered; not only was my purchases not delivered I was never contacted with an update or explanation as to why my delivery never came. I spent half the day trying to contact customer support, I called and no one ever picked up, I tried the online chat which nobody responded to. It is now day 2 and I have yet to receive any correspondence from Raymour & Flanigan. After spending an hour on hold a customer service rep finally picked up and assisted me. I was offered a gift card to use at a later date and was told the earliest my mattress & box spring could be delivered was a week later; the options offered are unacceptable. I placed this order based on Raymour & Flanigan promise of next day delivery for which I had to miss a day of work to receive my order and superior customer service. Raymour & Flanigan over sold and under delivered which is why I have chosen to cancel my order. They didn't even attempt to try and make it right only offering me a gift card to use at a later date, that's an insult; you couldn't deliver on your promise the first time so I would not be a returning customer nor will I recommend Raymour & Flanigan to anyone. Epic FAIL
