On November 19th, the day before delivery, and Raymour and Flanigan called to confirm the delivery window 8-11am. My husband took off of work to be there for the delivery and disposed of our couch. We received another call from the store at 1:30PM the same day to let us know that they only had 2 pieces of the couch available and that they would prefer not to send the couch in two separate deliveries, so they would not be delivering our couch until next Tuesday, November 25th. When I called the store manager, Matthew, he told us they would do us "a favor" by taking off $224 delivery fee to deliver the couch next Tuesday. I am not sure how this is a "favor" to us after the major inconvenience they have caused, especially after only letting us know about the situation the afternoon prior to delivery (after already having confirmed that the couch would be delivered on the 20th earlier that morning). Now my husband is missing an entire day of work and we are going to without a couch for almost a full week. Matthew, said we would call me back within an hour. That was 3 hours ago. Unacceptable. Stay far away.

She was told she couldn't afford a bedroom set and that she might be better off financing it. She refused to finance or charge it and paid with cash. I spent half the day trying to contact customer support, I called and no one ever picked up, I tried the online chat which nobody responded to. It is now day 2 and I have yet to receive any correspondence from Raymour & Flanigan. After spending an hour on hold a customer service rep finally picked up and assisted me. I was offered a gift card to use at a later date and was told the earliest my mattress & box spring could be delivered was a week later; the options offered are unacceptable. I placed this order based on Raymour & Flanigan promise of next day delivery for which I had to miss a day of work to receive my order and superior customer service. Raymour & Flanigan over sold and under delivered which is why I have chosen to cancel my order.
