They identified additional things to be done (fringe repair and remediation of faded color), which I wanted to leave till next time for budget reasons, and there was no pressure to do the work now. The pickup and drop-off were easy to schedule, prompt, and the guys who did it were happy to work with us to get the position just right on reinstallation. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I spent over $6,000 in 2022 on Brunschwig & Fils Bird and Thistle wallpaper and fabric for a project. Kravet bought Brunschwig & Fils and sometime in early 2024 they changed paper mills. The newly produced wallpaper has a chalky matte finish, unlike the beautiful light-reflective paper produced earlier. When I needed more of the paper I ordered it, and since the model number and description didn't change I had no way of knowing that this wallpaper was completely different. And Kravet won't let me return it. Designers I've spoken with were also unaware of the change or dislike the new paper so much they won't use it. AVOID Brunschwig & Fils' wallpaper!!
