i wanted to make a review about this place. i went there in the past and i had a bad experience with the lady there i think its the wife of the owner* she was rude and did not care if i shop at her store or not. fast forward 6 months later i figure i give this place a second chance. pretty much worst mistake ever i made i had to get my door fixed and i figure since im doing that why not ask for other things at the same time in my place. so 3 doors later the guy charges me 175 just to replace 1 cylinder and 2 knobs to me that seems a tad much but i figure i want to support small stores and why not. the work is finish the guys tell me its gonna cost me extra 35 bucks because he had to brake a handle to fix. keep in mind that i told them all this in advance i talk to the one of the store worker and got a price quote. here is the kicker the guy left the old door knobs on my floor could not even pick them up as a kind gesture and dispose of them. he just left them. also he was going fast i wanted to make sure the keys worked but the guy bearly gave me the time to at least check i had to say wait to him in a demanding voice for him to even take me serious so i can sort the keys out before he left read more

this my first review but i had to make a review the bad reviews are right sadly i came here few times and each time i am not sure what was the reason for the type of respect i have gotten but very rude. i am surprised someone had a good experience must be a lucky person but i would shop else where. all i did was walk in and ask for tools and the lady had a really rude type of tone with me. i tired to brush it off but and kept shopping but when i was about to pay i ask what price it was and she told me to high for you. there was a few more things that happened but trust me on this one not to go here. read more
