After emailing him, I received a lickety-split response, requesting pictures of the two swing-arm lamps over my bed that no longer worked. After receiving the photos, Benny said that he could come to my Manhattan apartment and fix them in-house. I elected to go to his address in Brooklyn, NY where he promptly repaired them. Both Benny and his lovely wife provide outstanding service that seems to be a rarity these days.
