A pair of youth boy boots instead of my extension cord.

They swapped out my order(outdoor outlet) for a pair of boy boots. A child. Sealed the package and even put the wrong tracking info

The truck  blocked entrance why ???

There is no parking in this loud to always have those deliver move in place of trucks parked the whole front of the building. I have to walk around truck block to get inside the store because I got all this truck blocking the entrance. This is the worst Home Depot I ever been in my life. I would never recommend people coming here . Please find someone else

Home Depot has a very organized curbside and pick up system going and the online order pick up moves faster than I've ever known. Like all Home Depot's, this one is huge. It helps to know what you want beforehand. I like to order online and pick up at the store. Free home delivery is also available. They have hand sanitizer for use everywhere and it seems like they have more staff, a plus when I don't know exactly what's needed and/or don't want to linger in the store during a pandemic.

He's honest, will troubleshoot problems and explain everything clearly so you know you're making the right move either repairing or getting a new unit. For the record the Best Buy installer tried to convince me that a dishwasher could not be hard wired and I'd need to install a plug for an additional $150 (a surprise added cost when the installer arrived after I had already paid for the installation). This was untrue, but they tried to squeeze the money at the last second. Don't waste your time with them, Robert is the real deal. An honest and hardworking business that I will gladly support over the big box stores.

When my refrigerator stopped working recently, I was quoted $400 to replace the refrigerator's computer by a local repairperson. I did some research on what this repair should cost and decided to call Marvin, who had repaired an appliance for me in the past. He said he would charge $280 for the same job. Before he replaced the computer I asked him to check out the rest of the fridge to be sure that this was the problem and he did just that. After replacing the computer, the very next morning the refrigerator was still not working, and I called Marvin about it. He couldn't make it over until 2 days later, and on the day he was 6 hours late and ended up sending a friend. He was nearly impossible to get ahold of that day, dismissive over the phone, his voicemail was full, and he kept telling me he was "on his way". When one of his employees finally showed up he said the motor was the problem and charged $211 to fix this. I was desperate at this point and had a very angry tenant. And guess what? The next morning the refrigerator was still not working. I finally decided to bring somebody else in to look at the fridge. Within five minutes, the new repairman told me the coils were leaking freon and that the refrigerator should have been sent straight to the dumpster, as this is not something worth fixing. He refilled the freon, which he told me is a temporary fix, and for the time being I have a refrigerator that works perfectly. And he only charged me for the service call to do this. When I called Marvin to discuss this with him, he told me he would call me back in ten minutes. This never happened, and he ignored repeated calls that day. Clearly he is either incompetent or tries to do charge for the most expensive job possible, regardless of whether it will actually fix the problem. I'm out almost $500 due to him. Save yourself the agony.
