The interior is gorgeous, there are plenty of tables on the left and a large bar on the right. I absolutely love the decor here and at all the other locations.
Kyah was my bartender for the evening, she was good, but overwhelmed. I had an excellent blueberry lemon drop.
Their bread service is excellent, comes with a large plate of olive oil, red pepper flakes & parmesan cheese so you don't need to ask for anything, like most places.
I started with the caprese ($15) which had gigantic, heirloom tomatoes from California, topped with fresh mozzarella, basil, and balsalmic. It was genuinely one of my favorites, but the tomatoes were sliced huge, a few bites were difficult to eat. (I know, I know; my steak is too juicy, my lobster is too buttery, but this time, my tomatoes are too juicy...) If the tomatoes were sliced the slightest bit less, it would have been easier to eat and 10/10.
I ordered the salmon entree with pesto orecchiette, subbed for gnocchi, and it was very good, however about 1/2 of the salmon was very burnt, charcoaled. Still, the other half was extremely delicious, and due to how busy they seemed, I didn't feel comfortable asking to return it based on the mood. But for $29 they should have noticed and offered another salmon. I'll never order salmon from here again.
The orecchiette was delicious, although maybe not the best choice with salmon, but that was my choice, it sounded better in theory. They have very good pesto with olive oil rather than cream which is preferred!
Finally, they had affogato on their menu and I had to try it. I ordered it with Kahlua and it was truly unforgettable. It came with an almond cookie and you definitely need to have this at Daniella's on Cabot.

Overall for a beautiful dinner with bread, appetizer, drink, meal, and dessert, it was $73 and reasonable for the quality minus the burnt salmon. It was very obvious that the staff was overwhelmed, and that may have played a part in burning the main dish, how some things were communicated, etc. I would have preferred for there to be a new salmon sent out or a bit taken off the bill due to how burnt it was, but I didn't mention it.
