I had to share my recent experience of purchasing my 2009 Porsche Targa 4S with others who may be considering the option of making a vehicle purchases well outside of their home state and having it shipped to them. I Purchased a 2009 Porsche Targa 4S from Radical Auto on 7/16/16. It was a rare color too Macadamia (like a metalic brown). I've been looking for this color car for about 24-months. I only located 3 and one of them was at Radical Auto. Since I live in PA and their in CA, I was a bit apprehensive because It wasn't practical for me to fly out there just to see it and possibly take it for a test drive. However, the pictures posted on the website very taken very recently and were impressive. They had a recent Carfax report and had done their own inspection of the car before they acquired it, so I decided to make a deal. Most importantly, Radical Auto's posted price was reasonable from the start, unlike many listing you may find for luxury or exotic cars. As for shipping my new car, that was easy. 4 Corners Transport took care of everything for me and I received on my car within 5-days of my purchase (the evening of 7/20/16 EST). From my initial Conversation with one of the Sales Representatives, I immediately got a good feeling when I began to work with Radical Auto to make this deal happen. That positive interaction continued after I received delivery of my car too. As such, I needed to take the opportunity to publicly thank the Staff at Radical Auto for their outstanding Customer Service. This was the first time I purchased a car sight unseen, not to mention from a location on the opposite Coast from me. The Team's professionalism must be commended. As for my thoughts on my new car... WOW!!! I've never been one to set expectations because when you do, you could wind up being disappointed. However, if I did have an expectation of my new car purchase, it would have been far exceeded. The photos and write-up on Radical Auto's website of the vehicle I purchased were very good, but as good as they may have been, seeing, sitting in and driving this particular car couldn't be explained in mere words or photos alone. I would HIGHLY recommend Radical Auto to anyone who finds them self in the market for a luxury or exotic car. read more

Warning to all do you not buy a vehicle from the scammers! You will Will think you're getting a great deal and honest people when in reality you're getting a vehicle that was previously salvaged or unibody frame damage! I'm sure they will show you the Carfax report like that show everyone Little does the buyer know you can completely edit what is on a Carfax before you print it!!!! I recently bought a 2009 BMW X6 from radical rip off. I bought the vehicle thinking I was going to get a reliable durable vehicle to put my family in. The vehicle has had more issues with suspension breaks electronics and every malfunction under the sun! As I'm going through all these repairs that I constantly have to make I start looking for a new vehicle and get an appraisal for the BMW I bought from radical. "Carmax would not even offer me 10 grand"!!!!!!-Fact! Five months after I paid over 40 thousand cash for it. I've recently had the DMV pull a title report to find out that the vehicle was in a very bad accident went through for owners and just before I purchased a vehicle it was bought at auction from radical auto deals! The vehicle was sold to me by George K and I cannot count the number of times he told me the car is never been an accident nothing serious I'm minor low-speed incident that only damaged the bumper. Come to find out. I was just another sucker! Now the issue that I have is not the fact that they were not honest with the accidents it's the fact that they put me in my brand-new firstborn child into a vehicle that it is unreliable and left me stranded on the side of the road with my child in the car on three occasions now!!!!! Only reason why I'm giving them one stars because I can't go any lower read more

What a great TEAM at Radical Auto..... I recently traded in my man-card and had to "upgrade" to a mini-van for my growing family. After searching dealer lots near and far and finding nothing but crap on wheels, I finally stumbled upon a Toyota Sienna on their lot that was a diamond in the rough! Fully loaded, power evrything, clean as a whistle, maintenance records going back to the date of purchase.... I couldnt have asked for a nicer used car for my kids to beat on over the next decade. The price was very competitive compared to the Car-Max hacks just down the road from them so I went dowm to check it out. Upon arrival the staff was amazing. Kenia the GM took me out for a close up inspection and we went back to crunch some numbers. I had walked in with a number in mind that I was willing to pay and from minute one they worked with me to make sure I came in UNDER budget!!! They gave me an awesome deal on my trade in, which was hardly worth the gas in the tank, and even droppd the price to get me where I needed to be. Of course I can't buy a car with out my wife checking it out so we went on an extended test drive to my house, parked the van in my driveway and let the family come check it out for themselves. At that point we were SOLD, the Totota would be the new family run-about, all I had to do now was sign some papers and drive away a happy customer. Overall it was the best car buying experience I have had, and I have bought a dozen cars in my driving life. Their whole staff was amazing and I recommend anyone looking for a great car to go visit the Team at Radical Auto!! read more

First let me give a bit of context to my purchase: 15 years ago, it would have been difficult to know whether or not you got a good deal on a vehicle purchase. The local paper ads were your best bet. But with the power of the internet you can search virtually anywhere. With that being said, I searched for a 2011 Chrysler Town and Country for over 3 months. My 150 mile radius of searching brought me many choices from new and used auto dealers throughout southern California. But I found out about Radical Auto through Cargurus.com; which listed the Town and country that I had been looking for. The difference between all the other dealers and Radical Auto, was that their listed price got my attention. I'm glad I drove out to Burbank because the car was clean, well maintained and had a unbeatable price. Kenia was very welcoming, very professional and very personable. I am very happy with the service they provided me and my family. Needless to say, but we drove off in a beautiful family vehicle and I left knowing with confidence that I purchased the best deal in all of southern California. If they have the vehicle you want, give them a try, I think you'll be well pleased ;) read more

From the moment I laid eyes on the 2015 BMW i8 at Radical Auto Deals, I knew it was something special. With only 15k miles on the clock and immaculate maintenance, it was a steal waiting to happen. What truly set this purchase apart was the seamless experience I had with John at Radical Auto Deals. In less than an hour, he facilitated the entire transaction, making it quick, convenient, and stress-free. His professionalism and efficiency ensured I drove away in my dream car with a smile on my face. The BMW i8 itself is a masterpiece of engineering and design. Its sleek exterior turns heads wherever I go, while the hybrid powertrain delivers exhilarating performance with a side of eco-consciousness. RadicalAutoDeals.com @ 3721 W. Burbank Blvd is by far the best location I found when searching for a car. I had a specific one in mind, 2010 BMW 535i. Of the 5 I tested from various car lots, their 535i was obviously the most respectable. It had one owner, no accidents, perfect mileage, clean body, beautiful color, and rides like you're flying. The inside looks like I am the first person to ever touch it, not one scratch to be found. At 5 years old, the genuine "new car smell" is still evident. $ = base price for a fully upgraded ride. The service was fun & professional. They are far from the "dealership" stereotype. I did not have much to work with in the areas of credit and financial documentation, but Kenia and Jenny did not let that stop them. You may not qualify for financing a car, but you can guarantee they will fight for you.. Larry H Parker style. Bentley, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, Land Rover, and a loaded Toyota Supra! Check out the eye candy. read more

I recently found the car of my dreams on auto trader and Radical auto had it. I have been looking for this car for several years. They had the car with all the options I wanted on it. I have bought a car over the internet before but it was not a 911 Turbo. I emailed Radical auto and Greg got back to me in short order. He answered all my questions and helped me out, did an awesome job. Next I was handed of to Kenia and I made the decision to buy the car. It was an awesome buying experience. They got me answered as I needed we face timed the car so I could see it up close. When the car showed up via enclosed car transport ( which Kenia got me a deal on) it was even better than I expected the car was pristine and in impeccable shape. It was a pleasure dealing with Radical Auto. If you're in the market for a used exotic or just a regular everyday driver I highly recommend the team at Radical Auto. Thanks Kenia and Greg. read more

I recently came across a 2024 Land Rover listed on the Radical Auto Deals website, priced very competitively with only 2,000 miles on it. I reached out and had the pleasure of speaking with a very helpful representative named Kenia. She recognized the great value of the vehicle and recommended that I secure it by placing a deposit with a credit card, which I did. Two days later, my wife and I drove out to view the vehicle. However, after discussing it further, my wife had reservations about driving such a nice car in our neighborhood. I relayed her concerns to Kenia, who provided additional information to address the situation, but ultimately, we decided not to move forward with the purchase. I'm pleased to report that Kenia promptly facilitated the return of our deposit without any issues. Based on this experience, I would certainly consider doing business with Radical Auto Deals again in the future. Jerry read more

I had such a great experience working with Robert and George, the two brothers who own and run this business. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, honest, and fair. You can truly tell they care about people, not just making a sale. They have some of the most beautiful cars, and they genuinely go out of their way to make it happen for you. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without any pressure, and treated me with complete respect throughout the entire process. Their pricing was fair, their communication was excellent, and everything felt smooth and stress-free. It's rare these days to find owners who are this trustworthy, genuine, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Raymond and I highly recommend Robert and George and will absolutely be coming back and referring others. read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Took a lease in on the 3rd and Radical decided to buy the car from the leasing company. Didn't send the check. Leasing company keeps calling wondering where the car or payoff is. Arman sent a text on the 13th stating the check was overnighted the day before. Leasing company keeps calling me asking what we want to do with the car. I ask for proof that the car is payed off from Arman. I get a picture of a check dated THREE DAY AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MAILED. Leasing company still calling me, interrupting my work day. Everyday for 2 weeks. Then I call on the 21st, and Arman YELLED at me, CURSED and said he was too busy to do his own job. Completely awful. I had sent many people to them that have also had horrible experiences. STAY AWAY. Don't deal with liars. Go to a real dealership. read more

I recently purchased my first luxury vehicle from Radical Auto, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The entire process was simple, quick, and stress-free. From the minute I stepped on the lot to the moment I drove away in my new car, everything was straightforward and seamless. The whole process took just a few days, which is a testament to how efficient and streamlined Radical Auto is. George was also just amazing to work with. He made me feel like family and there was no fluff, no hidden fees - just honest, transparent communication from start to finish. I appreciated how he kept everything clear and to the point, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a hassle-free car buying experience, I highly recommend George and Radical Auto. read more

I live 53 miles from Radical Auto, and was wondering if it was going to be worth the effort to drive all that way to see a car that seemed to be really nice according to the description and photographs. When I finally got there, my eyes almost popped out seeing their inventory of cars. Bentley's, Mercedes, Bmw's, Jaguar, you name it. Only the finest. All cars exactly as described or better. I was helped by Jenny who I found to be extremely efficient, forthright and conscientious. Properties that are rare to find in a car dealership. She got me a very good interest rate and had me behind the wheel of my new car in an hour. Radical also offered me the best trade-in value for my car. This is a company that I will think of first, the next time I'm looking to upgrade my car. read more

I must say that this review is far, far overdue. My husband and I have been patrons of radical auto for more than 10 years. NEVER ANY PRESSURE! In all these years we have purchased from commuter too high-end cars. You must admit, 10 years is a long time. In all those years we have not had any problems. Not a single incident! We would not return year after year if we have had any problems. I must not forget to mention, that in a couple of those 10 years we bought a two cars within a matter of months. My husband and I tend to be a bit spontaneous. Or is it just me? Well let's face it, we would not have been able to do it without the excellent expertise and service of Kenia, Robert and of course Nelly from Radical Auto. We definitely recommend Radical Auto 100%. read more

the customer service here is unbelievable. the staff makes you feel so comfortable as soon as you walk in. they don't through you from one person to another. the sales associate that helps you at greeting is the person that completes the entire transaction. there's 3 girls that run the place which is kinda neat. not only is their customer service great but also their inventory. i bought a beautiful scion tc that looked like it didn't belong in their dealership since everything else was a mbz or similar. tires, body and interior where in amazing conditions. this place is real gem when it comes to auto buying. i'm so happy to have found radical auto. it's been three months since i bought my car and it's running like a charm. read more

We recently purchased a car from Radical Auto and received nothing but great customer service. We had the pleasure of dealing with Kenka and Jenny for our transaction. After having to deal with some very unfavorable car dealerships in the past it was refreshing to with them. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very sure of themselves. We were in the market for a very specific make and model of car that doesn't come along everyday. They made our experience easy! They preapproved us over the phone, got us great payments and we couldn't be happier. So, thank you to Radical Auto...but a special thank you for Kenka and Jenny. read more
