The owner did the first two treatments and she was wonderful, full on knowledge and made me relaxed as it was the first time I tried going into a -160 below zero cryochamber. She followed all the safety protocols and even had music to take my mind off of the coldness. I lasted the whole 3 minutes because I felt safe. Abby is another girl that works there facilitated my localized cryotherapy two times and is amazing. She is fun, kind and knowledgeable too. I can't wait to go back and take my son too as he is a college athlete and would benefit from reducing inflammation in his body. If you are new to Fitness and need further guidance, ID shop around at a more commercial gym ( not Planet Fitness) I used to be a Personal Trainer at Choice Fitness Haverhill and they can better help the "unfamiliar" gym goers. As far as demographics go, there were woman and young men in there as well as professional bodybuilders so don't feel Intimidated to come by, the staff member I met today (leni) was a pretty solid dude and made sure I was taken care of.
