I went around 7:30pm on a Sunday and it was not busy at all. The gym was relatively large and did not feel crowded. The employees were friendly and helped my partner and I with checking out the black card spa since it was my first visit after upgrading. I probably won't be back too often since it is a bit of a drive, but I have no complaints about this location and it's nice to know that it's another option if my local planet fitness is closed!

It's surprising that this type of behavior is tolerated, as it creates an unwelcoming environment. After being a Planet Fitness member for 16 years, I'm now considering switching to a different location or canceling my membership altogether because of the experience at this gym. Another concern is that there always seems to be a large group of employees standing behind the front desk, yet only certain members are acknowledged with a hello or goodbye. A friendly greeting should be extended to everyone. The one positive I can say is that the facility itself is very clean, and the housekeeping staff does a great job maintaining it.

I have been a member since 2013, first in Ohio and now in Illinois. My only complaint is, 1, I am…read morea senior and it seems in the last year, my particular gym has taken out equipment that was much easier for seniors and it feels like it is leaning towards the younger people. Some of us have had knee, hip, back and other issues or surgeries, and I, for one love that I can use the gym to get back into movement afterwards. Our 30 minute room was disbanded for I'm not sure what is in there, and the recumbant bike that they used to have was much easier to use, because the new ones you got to really pedal to get it going and like I said, knee replacement and hip replacement makes that next to impossible when trying to get back into working out. It's sad that seniors are limited to some machines and not for the ones we'd really like to use. btw, I am and alway have been a black card member! Dont think anything will come of this, but just wanted to vent!
