I've been a member for about two years and appreciate the fact it's accessible 24 hours a day via a barcode nob that slides outside to open the door. There are plenty of elliptical machines, treadmills, and stationary bikes; along with your usual group of Nautilus (or Cybex or whoever makes the) aerobic machines. There's also a small downstairs room of boxing bags and yoga balls but I rarely use them.

I unfortunately could not keep up with speed of time stations as I developed a severe problem with vertigo 2/3 into my program. I have asked for a mere one month refund two times by letter and phone message but have not gotten any response. My advice, Join planet fitness for $10 this way if no one gives a crap about you at other end it will not hurt your pocket so much!!
