I am grateful for this studio and all of its instructors! I have never felt so in tune with my body and my health thanks to Cally and her team. I have participated in two challenges where I learned about how to fuel my body with the right foods, how to listen to my body during each workout, and how to be proud of myself for each accomplishment. I have taken my training further with one on one sessions with the instructors, which I highly recommend. Al - Pilates queen and gift giver of mind body connection. Jenna - recovery and stretch goddess, Mary C - the sweetest human and an injury prevention guru. Mary W - health coaching, and through the challenges taught me so much about fueling my body the best way I can. And Cally - the most motivational instructor I've ever had. Cally's cues to get you to focus on each muscle is amazing, and she never fails to kick my booty! I since 3/30/21, I've taken 2-65 Minute Recovery Sessions and 4 Private Stretch Sessions with Jenna. Walking out after today's session I couldn't believe how much better I feel. It's been 2 weeks and I feel like a different person. I was extremely tight from not working out and although I have a long way to go .....I feel so much better. For anyone who's on the fence.... don't hesitate, you will be amazed at what Jenna can do for your body and your mental health. Cally Wickson and her staff are absolutely amazing. Always a warm,welcoming atmosphere with all the precautions for social distancing and sanitization. A lot of her classes are also virtual so you can join the studio family from the comfort of your home. Every class is different and target specific parts of the body. I joined CWickson Studios a month after it opened. Having never done barre or consistently worked out I was nervous but ready for a push. Over the past few years, I have been challenged, supported, and encouraged. The owner Cally and her instructors go above and beyond to fit the needs of every client. They are there for their clients both on a fitness and personal level, and support everyone as a whole person, not just a client at their studio or in their class. I can't say enough about Cwickson studios! From the second I walked into the studio a year and half ago, I knew I would never look back. It is so welcoming, and every instructor is amazing, and so knowledgeable. They provide in studio classes, virtual classes, and an online platform to accommodate all types of schedules! (You really can never say there isn't a class time that won't fit your schedule because of the online platform that they work so hard to put together for everyone!) They also provide different types of privates you can take with the instructors. You can do a private barre, focus, recovery session, pilates & stretch. Before coming to this studio, I had a hard time sticking with different exercise programs and usually quit a few days in. Cally and her team make it so easy to join in and have a blast each and every time! They are all so amazing at taking you where you're at but continuing to push you in every class. Even when I'm doing the pre-recorded workouts, I'm usually laughing and am able to get such an amazing workout because the instructors really know their stuff. So many workout studios and gyms push you to look like a certain body type and shame you when you fall off the wagon even a little. All of the instructors at C-Wickson make you love your body, and their goal is to only make you feel like the best possible you, both mentally and physically. Amazing in person and pre-recorded barre studio! I used to rely on running and boot camp classes to workout and constantly found myself in physical therapy. This studio has changed my body and my life. I haven't seen a physical therapist since I started at the studio! The instructors are exceptional at making sure that they are providing cues and ensuring you are doing everything correctly, while making everyone feel comfortable at any level. All the classes are different, the variety has you looking forward to every class! When Covid happened Cally seamlessly ramped up the pre-recorded videos so there are so many to choose from. This studio has absolutely changed my life! I started with the online videos as it had been a long time since I had exercised, I found the pin point instructions and modifications so easy to follow and although via a video I felt like the instructions were directly to me! I recently join in person and I could not have asked for a friendly group of instructors and people attending! Everyone is so incredibly supportive and you really feel like you are part of the family! I did the amazing 5 week challenge and lost 10 pounds and 35 inches! I started in January with the 14 day virtual challenge, then started doing in person classes followed by an awesome 5 week challenge that was food and fitness based that helped me lose 18 pounds and 18 inches.
