As a beginner they were very patient and answered all my questions. A wonderful staff, very clean space, and a positive atmosphere. I started with their beginner workshop and now I go to classes every day I can. Their phone app makes it super easy to see the class schedule and to book your classes. Do yourself a favor, visit Sutra, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing studio, well worth the effort of getting into Lowell and occasionally paying for parking. Loved ever class during my trail month.

The Vibe offers heated Pilates classes (along with other types of classes) that have truly changed my life. I am down 80 pounds and have more mobility now than I ever did, even before having kids. When I say The Vibe is my church, I mean it. I am an avid hot Pilates and Tone Strength Cardio attendee. If I miss one of Brooke's classes, I make sure to double up the following week. Brooke pushes muscles I never even knew I had, and after 2.5 years, I am still discovering new ones every session. She is incredibly motivating and constantly reminds me that I'm here for my health and mobility. The mind-body connection from her classes is what will keep me climbing stairs well into my 80s. She incorporates different equipment to target areas I've never worked before, and I *crave* her classes as a way to level up every day! Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking for a challenge, Brooke is the coach for you. She will get you where you need to go--and beyond--showing you what you're truly capable of with a variety of dynamic movements. THANK YOU, BROOKE!!!!

I took Robin's Yin and Nidra class a few times and she was super funny! My only gripe is that you have to cancel your unlimited one month subscription a MONTH in advance, which was just annoying when it was $149 and for someone like me with ADHD I cannot plan/even know how I was going to feel that far in advance.

When she passed unexpectedly my whole world flipped upside down. My heart has been broken and certainly will never be the same . I cannot explain the amount of support and healing I have received from this establishment . On the day my sister's headstone came, I plugged my GPS in to head towards the local TJ MAXX for some retail therapy . Instead the GPS brought me to Windsoul. I thought this was pretty cool considering I had spent the night before googling yoga studios to check out. I was sleepless in knowing the next day I was going to see my sister's headstone with the last name ORTIZ on it ... yet for some reason I did not see Windsoul during my google search of local studios... yet there I was :). Gail greeted me with warmth and a genuine purpose to help me with what I needed . She assured me that I was in the right place . That Monday I started my first class with StaceyLynn whom I adore . She has a very upbeat personality and contagious energy. I started to join more classes and learn more about each instructor's style as well as personality , both of which reflect their practice . Gail is organized and intelligent . StaceyLynn is as well, but offers a certain level of spunk . I love Tuesday classes with Julie as well . The team members each offer something special . During this last year I became a certified yoga teacher to strengthen my own practice and utilize as a healing technique for when I work with veterans as a nurse someday (I am currently in school for nursing). I was inspired, aided and welcomed by this warm and loving family . I would not have started my yoga journey without the hospitality and inspiration from these women . During the summer time, Windsoul donated all proceeds from their community classes to Veterans Advocacy Services , a non-profit dedicated to provide veterans with assistance according to their specific needs . I recommend Windsoul . It is not just a yoga studio . It is a center for healing and inspiration .

That worked out much better than I imagined it would. She barely missed a beat between poses while she tended to the baby's needs and then back to mine. If I hadn't been in so much pain going in, I might not have gone for it and would have missed out on a great massage. If you've never had Thai massage, it can most easily be described as passive yoga, but that doesn't really do it justice. Robin's technique and delivery was great, she is very personable, and she wants to make sure your comfortable, yet still getting the full benefit of the treatment. Her prices are VERY reasonable, especially the introductory rate. I just wish her regular sessions offered were longer, but then again, Thai massage takes a lot of physical effort. I'm not into a lot of the traditional eastern healing and Robin didn't make me feel like I had to learn a whole new language or accept a whole new culture just to enjoy my massage. I also took in a yoga class that same evening and the class was small and intimate. It was, as advertised, a beginning yoga class, but I was able to get what I needed from it, as it was geared to novices (from a pose description POV) yet allowed for plenty of stretching and challenge where I needed it. Will I be back? Definitely. Will I encourage friends and strangers to go? You betcha!

Liz and the other yoga instructors at Advanced Health Massage and Yoga have helped me find a new way of stretching and relaxing that has changed my life! I'm a 51 year old, male runner with ridiculously tight hamstrings, hips, and IT bands like every other older (male and female) runner I know. After a stress fracture side-lined me for 6 months, my physical therapist told me that if I wanted to run for years to come with minimal or no injuries, that I would need to do yoga. My PT warned me against impersonal gyms, killer to follow DVD's, and large centers. I would need specialized, hands-on training from a smaller, more patient studio. Liz, and the other instructors at Advanced, have been perfect for my needs, and the strength and flexibility I've seen in just three months has already helped me lower my 5K race times and I sleep and wake up more comfortably. They mix just the right amount of meditation and stretching in a quiet and calming atmosphere. It was also hard to beat their $20 for 20 days new member special. I went 8 times over the 20 days for only $20! Of course by then I was ready to sign up for the 10x card which makes the prices of a session only $12.00 Again, hard to beat. Prior to opening her center, Liz worked for several years as a massage therapist in a local chiropractic practice and offers shiatsu and cranio facial massage, and what I would term sports therapeutic massage. Lots of stretching out and aligning my body correctly, and solving issues with areas that are just chronically sore and bowed in from stress, like my shoulders and neck. And since Liz knows me from yoga class, she has real insight into my needs and issues. I would highly recommend you check out Advanced Heath Massage and Yoga if you are in the greater Billerica area. Also check out their Facebook page, that's actually how I decided on this yoga center. The comments there gave off a really pleasant vibe.
