My instructor was Marie; she was very knowledgeable and extremely approachable. She loaned me a large, green yoga mat and led us in a 75-minute Hatha yoga session. I appreciated that the class was meant for all skill levels, from newbies to the experienced. She offered alternatives to the more difficult poses and was very encouraging throughout the class.
