I went back the next day on Sunday for the 10am vinyasa flow. It was exactly what I needed! Rianna was very friendly. She provided an accessible class that offered much appreciated direction on how to hold the poses, including some personalized tips on how I could better position my body in a couple of poses. I am not a novice at yoga but I'm not a girl who can do handstands and such either. I took the class so I could learn more about the proper set up for poses I've been doing for years. I've also had an injury recently and figured I'd just start at the beginning. Let me start by saying ;The instructor Katie was a fantastic teacher. She masterfully broke poses and movements of sun salutations for us. She showed us the "common mistakes" and I felt I learned a lot from her. The studio was clean comfortable and cozy. Lots of classes, the 6am fits perfectly with my work schedule and is a great start to the day. Easy to get to and lots of parking removes so much hassle from getting to class. The Infrared heat allows me to get a sauna and a workout in at the same time. I have definitely noticed the difference in my overall mental and physical health with regular infrared in my life. While the classes are definitely a good workout, this is definitely a yoga studio with all of the instructors including some aspect of the 5,000 year old yogic tradition in their classes. Such a refreshing change from studios that just want to be a fitness club.
