The studio provides blocks, mats, blankets and more. It's in a great downtown trendy location and is pretty easy to get to. The owner who is also a teacher there (Caroline) is so accommodating and nice! You can tell that she truly loves what she does and it's so great to see someone pour their heart and soul into their business. I would recommend this place to anyone (experienced or new to Yoga) who is looking for a great studio!

What gets me through the beginning-of-the-week-blues is Candlelight Flow on Tuesday nights. That,…read moreand Happy Hour Flow on Friday evenings. Oh, and 8am Vinyasa Flow on Saturday mornings. The studio is on the second floor of this old brick building in the trendy part of downtown Haverhill, where parking is ample either on the street or in the back parking lot ($.50/hr during the weekday, free after 8pm and on weekends). There's a really cute lobby area where you can leave your stuff on the benches. There's also a small curtained-off changing area. This might be weird to say, but I was also impressed by how clean and tastefully decorated the bathrooms are. But of course, the most important room is the yoga room, in which the positive and relaxing energy is almost palpable. High ceilings, dark wooden exposed beams, mustard yellow walls, and tall windows that look out onto the Merrimack River. This room beats any dingy gym I have ever taken a yoga class in. There are a ton of classes to choose from throughout the week, and the business operations of this studio run as smooth as butter. Just reserve a spot for a class online and then show up. There are a bunch of different payment and class bundle options available too. The owner, Caroline Giles is so incredibly friendly and encouraging. I also love how there are different classes for all levels of fitness and experience. I just wish classes weren't so pricey, although I think the $10/class cost is pretty average for places around here. I got a LivingSocial deal for 30 classes for $30 and it was the best 3-month break from the gym I have ever taken.

I am coming up on a year of my sister's passing. She was an Army Veteran and had just turned 31…read more She had her whole life ahead of her and was my best friend . When she passed unexpectedly my whole world flipped upside down. My heart has been broken and certainly will never be the same . I cannot explain the amount of support and healing I have received from this establishment . On the day my sister's headstone came, I plugged my GPS in to head towards the local TJ MAXX for some retail therapy . Instead the GPS brought me to Windsoul. I thought this was pretty cool considering I had spent the night before googling yoga studios to check out. I was sleepless in knowing the next day I was going to see my sister's headstone with the last name ORTIZ on it ... yet for some reason I did not see Windsoul during my google search of local studios... yet there I was :). Gail greeted me with warmth and a genuine purpose to help me with what I needed . She assured me that I was in the right place . That Monday I started my first class with StaceyLynn whom I adore . She has a very upbeat personality and contagious energy. I started to join more classes and learn more about each instructor's style as well as personality , both of which reflect their practice . Gail is organized and intelligent . StaceyLynn is as well, but offers a certain level of spunk . I love Tuesday classes with Julie as well . The team members each offer something special . During this last year I became a certified yoga teacher to strengthen my own practice and utilize as a healing technique for when I work with veterans as a nurse someday (I am currently in school for nursing). I was inspired, aided and welcomed by this warm and loving family . I would not have started my yoga journey without the hospitality and inspiration from these women . During the summer time, Windsoul donated all proceeds from their community classes to Veterans Advocacy Services , a non-profit dedicated to provide veterans with assistance according to their specific needs . I recommend Windsoul . It is not just a yoga studio . It is a center for healing and inspiration .

His peaceful and calming nature immediately put you at ease and allow you to focus on your practice. From the moment I started, the atmosphere felt welcoming, positive, and motivating. The owner and instructor, Cynthia, is incredibly sweet, and you can truly tell that yoga is her passion and something she genuinely loves sharing with others. That energy really sets the tone for the whole studio. I have an unlimited membership and it's very reasonable compared to other studios in the area. There are also tons of options for memberships or just buying classes. All of the instructors are fantastic and each brings their own style to class, which keeps things interesting and makes every workout feel a little different. The schedule is also one of the best parts. There are so many options with early morning, daytime, and evening classes, so it's easy to fit a workout in no matter how busy your day is. Sculpt & Flow classes are definitely the most popular and are often full (for good reason!), but I've found that you can usually still get into the classes you want without having to book super far in advance, which I really appreciate. The studio itself is always very clean, the equipment is in great condition, and it's nice that they even have a shower available if you need it. Overall, YogaSix Burlington has such a great community feel, amazing instructors, and a variety of classes that keep me coming back every week. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a studio that's challenging, welcoming, and fun.

I first met her when she…read moreled a meditation session, and I remember being immediately drawn to her warm, calming presence. I truly enjoyed the meditation and the sense of peace she created, and that experience eventually led me to begin receiving Reiki sessions with her through the hospital. She has truly been such a bright light during a very challenging time in my life. Since then, I've also had the opportunity to visit Linda at her beautiful space in Bedford, both for Reiki and to volunteer as a practice client for her students. As a Reiki practitioner myself, I've experienced Reiki in different settings, but there is something very special about Linda's approach. Her sessions are incredibly gentle, intuitive, and deeply relaxing. No two sessions have ever felt exactly the same. She seems to have an innate sense of what I need in the moment and may incorporate things such as sound or crystals when appropriate, making each experience feel very personal. What stands out just as much as Linda's skill is who she is as a person. She has such a warm, calming energy and a beautiful, gentle spirit. I always feel comfortable, heard, and completely at ease in her presence. Her kindness and compassion come through in everything she does. I'm so grateful our paths crossed. Linda has brought comfort, peace, and light into my life during a time when I have needed it most. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a Reiki practitioner who brings not only knowledge and intuition to her work, but genuine heart.
