The team at APC has all been fantastic. They initially perform an assessment to see where you are at and form a unique fitness plan to help you meet your unique goals. As your goals evolve, the plan evolves. Since starting I have taken up tennis again and they have also helped me train to gain more confidence when I ski. In this past year, I increased strength and energy levels and lost some weight, but most importantly have found that this semi-private training approach is something I can stick with and actually look forward to. The trainers provide accountability and expertise so I know that I am doing the right type of movement with the correct form. The APC is excellent for established athletes looking to hone their skills, but it is also amazing for people who are just starting out or starting over on their fitness journey.

The nicest guy cleans the place and is on top of things which is very much appreciated. Paul is there during the day and will give you a tour and help answer any questions. It is nice to see people who are friendly and want to help you. The owner is also great, Dan, he is usually there in the evenings. There are a few pieces of equipment that are a bit tired from use but overall it has all of the basic equipment to get a decent workout in. It is a small place so you may need to wait from time to time to use something but the people are friendly, pleasant and its feels safe.

I really needed a lot of help at first and she was very patient and really worked hard with me to achieve the goals we had set. She really knows her stuff. Her studio is meticulously clean and has so much equipment. I am now fitting in clothing I never thought I would again. I can't believe all we have achieved! I highly recommend her studio and services. I'm now adding Pilates to my workout at Mary Lou's suggestion. She hasn't steered me wrong yet. I look and feel great!
