I am a 70 year old member of the gym that adjoins Team Fitness and have been for many years…read more Recently as I was entering the gym the proprietor of Team Fitness was outside with a measuring wheel. As I passed by I gave him a friendly hello(I had no idea then who he was. He told me I should not loop behind my gym to park ,as he uses that area to train people. In ten years I have never seen it being used at the times I go. I kept walking and gave him a perfunctory acknowledgement. He then bellowed at me "Did you hear me?". I rarely use expletives but I then used quite a few as I told him I had heard him ,that I'd been doing this for years etc.He asked me why I yelled at him and I told him it was because(duh!) he had yelled at me first. He now puts out cones to block the lane which appear to be in violation of Fire Lane regulations. I certainly could not recommend this establishment based on my one encounter with it's proprietor.

It was so much fun, I had to go back another day! The workout was well planned and the trainers were extremely knowledgeable. As a drop-in, there were consistent check-ins to make sure I was doing ok. I left both days drenched in sweat with a huge smile. I absolutely recommend this gym for anyone living in the area or looking for a place to drop-in.

The team at APC has all been fantastic. They initially perform an assessment to see where you are at and form a unique fitness plan to help you meet your unique goals. As your goals evolve, the plan evolves. Since starting I have taken up tennis again and they have also helped me train to gain more confidence when I ski. In this past year, I increased strength and energy levels and lost some weight, but most importantly have found that this semi-private training approach is something I can stick with and actually look forward to. The trainers provide accountability and expertise so I know that I am doing the right type of movement with the correct form. The APC is excellent for established athletes looking to hone their skills, but it is also amazing for people who are just starting out or starting over on their fitness journey.

This is a great small gym that is open 24/7. Wonderful people who run the place with lots of…read morelocals. I come in and out of the area so I've been able to pop in for some time to workout and they were happy to help me. The place is clean which is nice. The nicest guy cleans the place and is on top of things which is very much appreciated. Paul is there during the day and will give you a tour and help answer any questions. It is nice to see people who are friendly and want to help you. The owner is also great, Dan, he is usually there in the evenings. There are a few pieces of equipment that are a bit tired from use but overall it has all of the basic equipment to get a decent workout in. It is a small place so you may need to wait from time to time to use something but the people are friendly, pleasant and its feels safe.
