Not only was it not dripping but he closed up the rusty old hole and made the tile look like the hole was never there. Had the uuuugliest fluorescent light in the living room, like "Joe vs the volcano" level, he replaced it, made it look like it was just all a bad dream. He replaced and fixed the kitchen door so it was even with the floor, when the door would open it would get stuck because the floor was not even, so he did some mathematical engineering and got it to work. He stabilized the dried out wooden pergola over the patio with wood and new metal supports so it didn't have to be torn down, saved a lot of money. He was able to design and construct from scratch a gorgeous washer and dryer enclosure that replaced a UGLY UGLY termite eaten shed that disintegrated when you barely touched it, rusted nails coming out, doors falling off the hinges. Throughout the process, he was very communicative, asking questions that involved functional design, placement, aesthetics. Even matched the hardware to the fences, which really was supercool. He also replaced a variety of ceiling fans, ceiling lights, bathroom faucet, drain, lights, kitchen drains, electrical plugs, fix a fence, and problem solve regarding how to hide wires, electrical cords.
