He even cleaned up the other countertops in my kitchen and sealed them all up so everything matched and looked great! It was beautiful, better than I was expecting! I found a tile that I loved but they quoted me a price I could tell was a little high. I went searching online for someone else who carried it and no luck. I ended up calling the Fontana location and off the cuff Matt was SO nice and gave me a great price. He shipped the material to Aneheim at no cost, and then checked in a few days later to make sure everything worked out. 2. Fast forward a few months, my contractor asked me to get more tile. I called Matt in Fontana again, and again, great service and he didn't bump up the price even though prices are rising like crazy right now. Again shipped to Anaheim, no problem. 3. 2 weeks later: We went to Anaheim to pick up the material, it was lost. The Anaheim folks were a little snippy from the start... not a super friendly tone. I called Matt back, he sent out a replacement shipment and had it delivered to my home. What a champ!! Thanks Matt for the great customer service, prices, and recovering well when there was a hiccup.
