I like the ease in working with him, he is reliable and trustworthy, comes when he says he will and has good communication. Engaging his service was so easy - based on our communications via Yelp, I just sent him my granite slab receipt, he picked it up, cut it to size, came on time, did a precise demo (minimal mess, no dust clouds in my kitchen), then custom fit and installed my new countertop. He even cleaned up the other countertops in my kitchen and sealed them all up so everything matched and looked great! It was beautiful, better than I was expecting! And he cleaned up the floors of any dust from the work. Once everything was complete, only then did he take payment for the job. He is really fantastic, I really appreciated his attention to detail in making all the lines straight, clean and tight, and he just does such professional work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him, he and his crew are excellent!

I found a tile that I loved but they quoted me a price I could tell was a little high. I went searching online for someone else who carried it and no luck. I ended up calling the Fontana location and off the cuff Matt was SO nice and gave me a great price. He shipped the material to Aneheim at no cost, and then checked in a few days later to make sure everything worked out. 2. Fast forward a few months, my contractor asked me to get more tile. I called Matt in Fontana again, and again, great service and he didn't bump up the price even though prices are rising like crazy right now. Again shipped to Anaheim, no problem. 3. 2 weeks later: We went to Anaheim to pick up the material, it was lost. The Anaheim folks were a little snippy from the start... not a super friendly tone. I called Matt back, he sent out a replacement shipment and had it delivered to my home. What a champ!! Thanks Matt for the great customer service, prices, and recovering well when there was a hiccup.
