I ordered 2 pair of Bebe sneakers from their website. I have worn Bebe sneakers for over 20 years. They are comfortable and conform to your feet. These are not genuine/authentic Bebe sneakers. The website doesn't have a description of the materials used but it feels like very condensed styrofoam. My old Bebe sneakers still have the name imprinted in the inside sole. The fake ones make your feet sweat. After the first wear the logo was gone. They are also very slippery. That's an accident waiting to happen. It's a shame that this place is involved in deceptive practices. The sneakers are pretty but the quality is really bad. read more

Stopped here on a trip to Phoenix. I was looking for a new pair of crocs since I was going to visit Hurricane Harbor. Wasn't expecting much when I walked in, was just making a quick stop, but I was greeted by a worker named Emma who was very helpful during my stop. She asked me what I needed and immediately showed me the way and asked what size I needed. She helped me find my size and ensured that it fit before ringing me up. Overall Emma made the stop very pleasant and quick, making this one of the few shoe store experiences I actually enjoyed. read more

This is a normal sized Rack Room Shoes store....I have to wonder what makes this "outlet" store different from any other Rack Room Shoes store? I saw the same styles and brands as the stores in Phoenix. The big difference is that this store was very slow....I think there was 1 other customer in the store while we were there. Whenever I am at a store in Phoenix, there are dozens of people in the aisles and difficult to shop. Our Son found a pair of Nikes for $79 that he really liked, so it was a successful visit. I visited the store in Anthem, AZ (Anthem Outlets) yesterday. There were 3 women working and no customers in the store. There was no greeting when we walked in. We were in the store for at least 20 min. No one came to help or check on us. The store was messy, dirty, unorganized and not stocked. They had a small kids section with barely any sizes. When we left, the 3 women "working" were all standing at the cash register. No one said good bye or anything. Poor customer service in a dirty store! Don't shop here! read more

It's a big store, and they have some great deals. Ohhhh, a cute pair of summer sandals with a little heel, only $10!!!! Wait.....there are only 3 pairs...2 sixes and a six and a half.....ok...... Repeat that numerous times. They did have a fair number of boring no heel, sandals with wide straps, slightly geriatric looking. Not the new sexy hotness that will bring men to their knees. Not Rhubarb shoes. If you're in the area, it's worth stopping to see if you can score a deal. The staff was really nice. There were a ton of women's shoes, some men's shoes. It seemed like there was a lot of casual stuff. If I a shoe emergency and needed a good evening shoe, this would not be my first stop. They did not have very many larger sizes. Do all the women in Arizona have tiny feet????? WTF????? read more

I've always had good luck here when not finding what I need at so many other stores. Even got prom shoes here - exactly what I was looking for and less than $40! Last time we were in we found the perfect sneakers but they did not have my size. Cashier asked if I wanted to order it, pay at register and have it shipped directly to my door - no additional charge. I even got to use coupon on purchase. Since I was in no rush and didn't want to drive all over trying to find them I decided to give it a try, being very careful to keep the receipt in case they didn't show up. Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.
