The 1st time I was over charged and when I called the next day the girl that answered the phone was so freaking rude and made the excuse of "we were busy." That's no excuse to over charge. It was only $15 so I let it go. I went back a few weeks later and gave the waitress my credit card and told her I wanted to pay cash. At the end, she separated our checks. I left plenty of money on the table for my bill and tip. The next day there was a charge on my cc for my bill PLUS a $30 tip my server decided to leave herself. I ended up paying $100 for a few freaking beers and fried pickles. When I called to discuss it, the mgr was nice but she quit responding to me when I asked for a copy of the cc receipt, with a signature. I tried to dispute it with my cc company but the dispute was denied. I can't believe this happened twice. I guess being a thief is what it takes to work there. Absolutely disgusting. I didn't have $100 to throw away, but they didn't freaking care.

Rocky knew the menu, gave perfect recommendations, kept the drinks coming, and brought great energy without ever overdoing it.
