I love this this place. Mike, Mark, kammal and Brian where AMAZING!!! They got me into the car I wanted. I thought I wanted a Versa but when I saw it wasn't the one for me kammal and Mike did their best to find me the right car without pressuring me or harassing me and they made me feel so welcomed. They put me in a Ford Fusion and Mark and Bryan crunched numbers and got me a great deal. My husband and I will defiantly make this our first choice dealer from now on. Thank you guys!!!!! read more

I recently purchased a Ford Edge and I brought it here because of some issues I was experiencing. When I bought it, I bought the extended warranty just in case something like this happened. When I brought it in the first time the tech brought it back claiming he didn't feel anything. I test drove it with him and literally 45 secs into the drive it happens. When I go back they tell me just to take it and they will call ford to get approval to work on it. 2 days later they call me back to say Ford says it must be happening more often to fix it... WHAT THE?!! Then my vehicle was shutting off while in motion (once on the freeway) they said without a check engine light there was nothing they could do. WHAT THE HELL AGAIN?!!! So 3 weeks later it literally shuts off 4 times within two days. I immediately drive it back and the service rep Johnny pretty much tells me, "I understand the dangers that are associated with driving your vehicle but our techs will be going home SOON... Not already gone but will be gone within the next hour so there's nothing we can do." ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!! So I ask can I leave it and they jus give me a rental (which by the way is covered by my extended warranty which I suggest EVERYONE who buys a ford gets!) and he says I will have to pay for it until they can confirm my car is malfunctioning. I then told him well let's hope I'm not driving on the freeway and it shuts off and I get smashed by a big rig... Would you believe he laughed??? So then I say that's fine lets get the rental. All the sudden they are completely sold out of rental vehicles. YOU ARE A DEALERSHIP WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU ARE OUT OF VEHICLES?!! This place has no concern whatsoever for their customers. They put not only my life but my family's life at risk all in an effort to ensure their technicians were not inconvenienced. Today I was forced to take off from work to bring my vehicle into San Bernardino fairview ford and literally within 15 mins of me being here my vehicle was taken into the back and I was taken to get a rental. I have had this vehicle for about a year now and I can honestly say it's been in the shop at least 6 times, one time they kept it for over a month! I can guarantee you next time I buy a vehicle it will not be a ford; and until that day I will never return to raceway ford. Avoid this dealership at all costs! read more

Based on the level of unprofessionalism that I experienced with two Raceway Ford employees today, I would not do business here and I would not recommend this business to anyone I know. My contact with these employees was over the phone; I have not ever been to this business in person. These employees, Internet Director, Chris Senior, and Internet Sales Rep, Nicholas were both exceptionally discourteous and demonstrated a complete disregard for effective business relationships in the community. I contacted Raceway Ford today, after Nicholas called my phone number once yesterday and 3 times today, attempting to contact someone unknown to me. In spite of my recorded voicemail greeting clearly stating my name alone, and leaving no indication that the number is shared with anyone else, Nicholas left 3 voicemail messages in a 6-hour period today, for a potential prospect, who might be looking for a Ford SUV. A detailed complaint letter about this incident has been sent to the General Manager of this car dealership. It is my hope that Raceway Ford's General Manager, Paul Cole, will talk with his employees and ask Nicholas to use common sense when making prospecting or follow-up phone calls, and also require that alleged supervisor, Chris Senior, demonstrate courtesy and emotional intelligence, when handling a complaint from anyone contacting the dealership, particularly those contacts made in response to repeated unsolicited phone calls from employees at the dealership. read more

I bought a new F-150 from Raceway Ford today and it definitely would have not happened without Dawn Smith. She was absolutely amazing. She was amazing from the very first moment she shook my hand and introduced herself. She made my purchase very easy and quick. Dawn made my experience at Raceway great ! This was my second purchase at Raceway and I will be referring anyone I know looking for a vehicle to Raceway and making sure that they ask for Dawn Smith. Customer service is not good. Took car in for a new water pump Friday afternoon. Said they were busy because of the heat and I thought okay. I should hear something on Monday. They were open for service on Saturday also. I didn't hear anything on Monday so I called Tuesday afternoon to talk to my service rep and he was busy with other customers. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that it was noted in their system that they called me and are waiting for a decision from me on the cost. I told him that I never received a call and that was why I am calling now, Tuesday afternoon. So I authorized the repair and asked when I could pick up the car. He said with this afternoons, Tuesday or Wednesday morning. Everything is good. I receive a call Wednesday afternoon that my car is ready. Went in around 3:30 Wednesday (today) to pick car up and there were 4 service reps, no one had customers in front of them except the one rep that helped me. So I asked the service rep that wasn't with a customer, " Hey I just need to pick up my car and pay for it. I received a call that it was ready." He tile me I had to wait for my service rep that helped me. And, there was one more customer in front of me. I JUST WANT TO PAY FOR MY CAR AND LEAVE!!! No, I have to wait for everyone else's issues with their cars before I can just pay for my car and leave. It turned out that there were some special pricing I was given so that was why he had to do it but if they hair had a cashier, I would not have had to wait for the other two customers with their issues before he could have fixed mine. It is probably me, but I was just frustrated. And to wait 4 FULL days to replace a water pump is ridiculous. read more

Had one of the worst experiences at Raceway Ford. Was mislead by the entire finance team when it came to helping my sister buy her first car. As many dealerships they went to get her in a car that was as making them money both on the vehicle and financing. Just because she is a first time buyer, but has almost 700 Fico, doesn't mean you can take advantage of her because it's her first loan. We were able to get our credit union to finance her at a significant lower rate and a higher approved amount. Very disappointed in the service I received from Raceway read more

My husband and I recently bought a 2016 Ford Explorer at this dealership. We had been to many dealerships looking at different makes/models however, I had fallen in love with the Explorer. Lucky for us, we were in the riverside area and came across this dealership. From the moment we walked onto the lot we were treated with kindness and patience. We had our daughter with us and we all know how kids can get bored while looking at cars. Mike (our salesman) was very informative and did everything he could to help keep our daughter involved and even went to grab her a snack from a local convienance store!! Once we started to talk about numbers, Mark Borsack (Sales Manager) as well as Brock were professional, patient and not the least bit pushy. Throughout our negotiations we never felt hassled, disrespected or rushed. We had been looking for a new car for a few months and have gone through some rude sale associates/sales managers at other dealerships. I had gotten to the point that I did not want to continue to look any further. As I said, luckily we were having lunch in the area and my husband convinced me to stop into this dealership.... Our experience at Raceway Ford truly was enjoyable. Thank you Mark and your wonderful team for making our purchase so delightful. read more

One of, if not the best car buying experiences i have ever had! They are the model for customer service and making you feel like family. Chris Senior made the process effortless, insuring we were informed of every detail while the entire staff of Raceway including Mark, Lisa, and AJ insured all went forward according to plan with no hiccups. After a disappointing experience at another Ford dealership nearby, I did not expect the level of service I received.......you can feel the difference when you walk in the door. We did not get any pressured sales tactics or condescending attitudes, but instead received a laser focus on customer service and satisfaction that is not the norm in any industry. They have earned my business and loyalty, and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit them! read more

came in for a recall and they snapped my coolant line. leaked all over my driveway at my home and had to have the stains professionally removed OUT OF MY OWN POCKET. went in the following day to have the issue resolved. They made me Drive the car there with a busted coolant line which ran the risk of the car overheating. they refused to tow the car there to their dealership that caused this issue to begin with. when i arrived at 7am which they advised, i was told the part would not get there until 11am. They then refused to give me a rental car to go about my day. i had to move meetings around in order to make it to the service department that day. I spoke to DAN RITSHO who told me there was NOTHING they could do and told me "IT HAPPENS" when my car did not arrive with an issue. i was not compensated whatsoever. I had my car serviced here which was the first time ive had my car at this place. Its a convenient location to my work. At lunch time I took it by to get an oil change and tire rotation. Lorena was the person helping me from the beginning. She was courteous and professional. With my experiences in the past with dealerships service departments, that was hardly ever the case. She got me in an out at a reasonable time so I could make it back to work without being late. One thing i have to say is a negative about this was the process...they have one person tending to multiple customers simultaneosly, on the phones, dealing with customers and cashing people out and other tasks instead of helping the customer with there vehicle needs which in my opinion is primary focus especially with the outrageous prices these dealerships charge. Now i cant say that was Lorena's fault, im sure the powers to be have these service writers running around like a chicken with its head cut off but despite poor management she did a teriffic job and i wouldnt hesitate coming back to deal with Lorena. Thanks for having my car washed and ready to go and John and Daniel both were excellent help in getting that done and had my car looking good and ready to go in a flash. I recommend Raceway Ford because of the caliber of employees they have running a tight ship despite which looks to be poorly managed from an outsiders viewpoint. read more

On June 14 I brought my 2016 truck back to have a lock on the tailgate removed. Dealers put these in to prevent theft raceway never took it off. 9 days later after being told twice the locksmith had come previously. the service rep said he cut it off as they did not know where keys went. This was after the lock creased and damaged tailgate and during the removal of lock gauged the paint. In addition the drivers windows scrapes BADLY and that has not been addressed either. I cannot get thru to service unless I leave my number and in the passed my calls gave not been returned. I was directed to use the service reps private phone. It is difficult to get responses and when he says he will call or text he does not on a regular basis nor returns contacts. I brought this to the attention of the dealer manager who handed it off to the service manager and handed back to the service rep who is having medical issues. I brought the truck back twice in two weeks when I scheduled an appointment this past Monday no one knew anything about the situation and the service person was out on medical so once again Raceway could not/ would not resolve the issue . I called the dealer manager Monday. No response. I spent $42,000 on a vehicle at Raceway Ford and it seems that the defective window on the truck and damage caused and admittedly caused by Raceway Ford will not be resolved. I took my last truck to Raceway for 9 years committed only to them. This is how loyalty is being returned. I have passed anger. Just absolutely let down by this business mainly because of their absolute lack of communication and after 2 weeks.. 11 days of that at dealer their lack of interest in resolving this. My service rep texted me this morning said not to bring it in till later he will call ...no call ...I texted him twice....No response. All I want is a dealership that is committed to customer service , especially after spending $42,000 on a new vehicle at Raceway. Can someone suggest a Ford Dealership one in the Riverside area. In defense. When I began squawking about no transportation after the 4th day they held my truck they gave me a loaner. I needed to use my truck again for my ranch so I picked up last Friday and was to bring it back and switch out for the loaner again this passed Monday ..my service guy was out and dealer employees refused to give me loaner. No one knew anything in fact service manager made comments to me about the service rep not telling him all the problems previously. So I am sitting with defective window , damaged tailgate and bed by Raceway Ford and no return calls from employees or even top guy , the actual dealership manager who is aware. UPDATE: I returned my truck Wednesday June 29 and the service tech said it would be ready Friday. I received a call Friday July 1 and they said it was taped up and ready for paint Shop. I drove over Tuesday July 5 it was sitting in lot not taped. I walked in and spoke with Dealer manager He called to service and said it would be completed Thursday July 7 it was pushed back because of July 4 th. By that day the truck will be held 23 days with one weekend returned to me for use. Again, disappointed the dealer manager knew little of the progress. He said he turned it back to the service manager to return my call. No calls. At no time was there an apology given to me for this nor any type of remorse for the situation. read more

Review for the service department!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE! I gave it a shot, my mom bought her car here and she had horrible service in the service department, they kept telling her they were ready to fix there warranty issue and then when she took the car in for her "APPOINTMENT" they didn't even have the parts in stock, even though they scheduled the appointment. This didn't just happen once, they made this mistake a few times on my mom's service. So me trying to give them a second chance since I live across the street, I called and scheduled an appointment and took my car in for service. I explained what was wrong and they said they would take care of it. I left my car there the whole day and all they got done was an oil change. one hour before I picked up my car I got a call telling me that my Brakes were getting to the yellow. The service writer asked me if I wanted to change them there or if I was going to wait. I didn't go with the change as I know yellow doesn't mean right now. it has now been two weeks and since we left the service department with our care it has done nothing but squeak. I called Friday and spoke with a gentleman and asked about making an appointment to have it looked at ago 2 weeks later, and the guy who answered the phone said he had to have the schedulers call me back. As of today I still haven't had my call back. So my finace took the car in this morning and all the service writer tried to do is sell him a brake job. Not even an offer to check out the noise first. When he asked about warranty she didn't know the answer so she had to go ask another guy. Once she got the answer we found out we were out of warranty by 3,000 miles. Which is no problem, but prior to taking out care in for service we had no squeaking and no issues, now the care is leaking oil, and squeaking. The fact that every time we have had to deal with the service department at Raceway ford we have an issue, just means there is more bad than good within this service shop. My recommendation is to drive the extra few miles into riverside or even out to Ontario where you can get better service. Citrus Ford is going to help up out with these issues and check the car out to make sure there were no errors done. read more

I would have wrote this months ago, but did not know about YELP at that time. We went in to buy a used Mustang. We found one we liked and was going to pay cash. I told the salesman that I was willing to pay $1,000.00 over what they bought the car for. The salesman went to talk to the manager. The manager agreed to take $1,000.00 over their purchase price. I asked to see the sheet showing what they purchased the car for. The manager showed me a piece of paper where they inputted all the prices, which showed they purchased the Mustang for $17,500 and they were selling it to me for $18,500. When I explained to the manager they just inputted this information and it doesn't show what they paid for the car. The manager gave me a sad excuse that by law they can't change those numbers, which didn't make sense because the numbers reflected our agreement price. The manager obviously thought I was stupid. I again explained that I wanted to see the actual paperwork that shows what they purchased the car for to see that I was just paying $1,000 over their price. The manager then said, "I don't see the relevance in that." I explained to him that the relevance is to see that they are being truthful with me about what they paid for the car. The manager then said, "Okay, we paid a dollar for the car." He then became rude and disrespectful because he realized that he was just caught in a LIE about their purchase price. I then just got up and started to walk out. The salesman was really nice and respectful and stopped me on the way out. I explained to him that the manager just cost him a sale. The manager then had the audacity to approach me again and continued to be rude. I will NEVER buy a car from Raceway Ford and do my best to keep others from going there. The manager was rude and disrespectful and doing a disservice to Raceway Ford. read more

After waiting all day to have my turn signal switch replaced, I drove home and noticed a hub cap was missing. The service department was also checking on a front-left tire issue. Now a hub cap was missing from that same wheel! I had just filled air in the tire before arriving, so I know the cap was there when I dropped it off. After calling the service department back, I was told the technician couldn't remember if there was a cap when he worked on it (there was). He said he would work on it and call me back the next day. At the end of the next day, I called back. Now the technician is saying "it never had a hubcap," and the serviceman is nowhere around. A week later, they won't return my calls and are ignoring the issue. The tech either lost, broke, or stole the hubcap...and I had to go to another dealership to get a new one. I will NEVER go to this place again and I will pass this bad experience on to everyone who owns a Ford!! read more

My daughter's car was totaled by an uninsured driver. Her car was barely 2 years old. Long story short I was forced to buy another car out of pocket until the insurance situation gets sorted out. I originally went to another Ford dealer, to look at a Ford Fusion SE that was out of my price range. I was hoping to make a deal but after being there for some hours I left without a vehicle for her. We looked online for another Ford Fusion SE and saw one for sale at Raceway Ford. I emailed asking if the vehicle was still available and I received a phone call and email from Josh Duguay stating that it was still available. My daughter arrived with my mother in law and after test driving the vehicle we were ready to purchase it. I met them at the dealership and although I had a loan with a credit union. They were able to get me a lower interest rate, more upgrades and a cheaper price then the first Ford dealership I went to. This experience was the best one I have had in buying a vehicle. There was no pressure, no empty promises and most of all no lies. Everything was put out in the open leaving no uncertainty. I really appreciated working with Mark Borsack, Josh Duguyay and even the guy who prints out your paperwork (can't remember his name). My daughter loves the car and I would definitely recommend this dealership. I drive a Jeep Liberty and was seriously considering trading it in for a Ford because of this experience. read more

I recently purchased a 2014 Mustang V6 Premium from Raceway Ford through the Costco Auto Program. The whole process went very smoothly and I was pleased with the service. After contacting Costco, Raceway contacted me about what model and features I was interested in. About 10 minutes after our discussion, I received an email from the Raceway Internet Sales Manager quoting me the Costco price for the car I wanted. I called Raceway and accepted the deal. The car was at another dealer so the sales person went over to the other dealer in Fontana and drove the car back to Raceway. I went in the next day, checked out and drove the Mustang, signed the paperwork and was out the door in a little over an hour. I had arranged for my own financing so I spent only about 20 minutes in the business office signing paperwork. There was no pressure to use Ford financing or to buy unwanted add-ons. I simply signed the paperwork and was finished. The sales person went over the highlights of the car's features with me, and I drove off. All in all, the experience was excellent. The only negative was the way they undervalued my trade in. But every dealer screws you on trade ins, so Raceway was no different. I could have said no and sold my trade in myself, but I didn't want the hassle. So I really have no one to blame but myself for accepting a very lowball trade in value. Since buying the car, I have received at least 10 emails from Raceway and from Ford asking me about my experience and satisfaction with Raceway and with Ford in general. So, they do seem to care. read more
