That, plus the fact that it's a fairly new location with great parking made this my family's go-to during a beach vacation in Vilano Beach. Beyond what they have in stock, their customer service was great as we were searching for things off a list to stock our vacation rental. Everyone was smiling, friendly, and offering to go above and beyond and lead us to the item versus just saying "Aisle 6." We were heading up north on a road trip and even though we would be passing other Buc-ees locations, we decided to check this one out since it was new to us. I like visiting different locations to see what their themes are regarding designs based on the location. For example, the Daytona location has race car flags in their themed items. I did not find anything here that was distinct to St. Augustine though. I mean it could be because I was so distracted with the chaos that I didn't see anything. Like any other locations, this location also has several food options and is always stocked up. You can find almost everything here. They even have seasonal themed items for the holidays! I have been to this location I think 2-3 times and it is always busy, like all locations. The cashiers work very quickly so the lines move fast.

They take Visa as their main form of payment now, and the customer service desk is always helpful with returns or questions. The only downside is that sometimes you find something you really like, go back a month later, and it's gone. Inventory can be a little inconsistent, but usually there's a similar product to try. I will say the only thing I don't like about Winn-Dixie is that Although they put all their BOGOS…read more in one area, which is great, they tend to intermingle them with items that are the same, but are not part of the Bogo's, so beware when you're doing BogoS. For instance, this week, the Voortman crackers were on sale, and there were peanut butter, chocolate and vanilla all in the same huge table, but the small print said that only the peanut butter's were the ones that were Bogo. Same for the bag salads. All in the same area, but it was only one type of bag salad that was a Bogo and this was very small print. AND they don't have baggers like the supermarket get down the street with the green logo. But their prices are pretty good, and the aisles are free of impediments.
