These EV charging stations are actually covered which I appreciate. They are similar to the Travelers of America stops where you can also get something to eat and can shop for whatever you might need. Their gas of choices BP. I stopped into this pilot for fuel and something to eat so I was kind of rushing I didn't pay much attention to how big the parking area was to be honest but it wasn't small. I got 2 slices of pizza but the cashier didn't hear me so she only cut one slice since I was in a rush I didn't mind it. She accidentally added the customer in front order with mines and the customer didn't have enough to pay for it so I just ended up paying for both. I would suggest slow down and listen to your customers but it was clean. The cashier was friendly and bathrooms were cleaned too. read more

As someone towing a travel trailer (TT), this is a good Flying J. There are 2 dedicated gas pumps for RVs. There appears to be 2 sets of restrooms. The one I used only had 2 stalls (no wait) & was clean. The shop itself is clean & well stocked. It has a Subway, Cinnabon & Denny's. I saw showers & laundry. Easy on/off 95 S. This is the worst stop for gas and food you could imagine. Everyone is moving at the speed of molasses and the smell is horrible. My husband couldn't even get gas at the pump, he had to wait in line inside. After 20 minutes of me standing at Subway and him at the main register we just looked at each other and left! read more

Well I've finally become an official member of the "Diesel Club" one of the few benefits of membership is that you get to use the fueling isles the truckers use which makes access to fueling the RV a much easier task. From an outsiders perspective it probably doesn't appear to be such a big deal but let me tell you these remotely set islands provides ample room to maneuver your diesel pusher without having to deal with the "four wheelers" (trucker's term for cars) jockeying for position at the gasoline pumps. Although the tractor tractor rigs are still larger for the most part manipulating this MotorCoach in a parking lot scenario can present a challenge, my rig with the tow bar and toad is just under sixty feet long and weighs more than thirty thousand pounds. So fueling an RV of this size was a consider when deciding to purchase this MotorCoach. Like anything else there are protocols to learn when operating outside the norm - 1st there is no pay at the pump, when you're a private entity with no commercial account you have to prepay so after pulling up to the pump you have to go to the fuel counter and tell the attendant how much fuel you want in momentary terms, learning your rig and being able to calculate the amount of diesel and DEF you need requires a little bit of effort, fortunately if you over estimate the amount you want ensures you have a full tank they will only charge your card the exact amount you pumped but requires a second trip to the fuel counter to get the receipt for the actual amount. Being I'm new to this process the extremely friendly attendant at the fuel counter provided me with a short educational session to ensure I understood the protocol and also to keep the flow of trucks moving through the lanes (these guys and gals are working so time is money) I definitely don't want to piss off some of these guys and it's the right thing to do. This fuel island is dirty not from neglect but from the nature of diesel fuel it's oily and thousands of gallons are pumped here daily so there's bound to be over-fills and spills carrying a few paper towels and wet wipes makes sense. When your pumping a hundred gallons or more it takes time even though the nozzles are designed for "high flow". This allows time to kick the tires, clean the windshield and time to do a walk around inspection to check the tow and utility connections between the coach and the tow vehicl. Well I'm sure there's lot more that I need to learn but that will come in time. I will give you a little advice that a few friendly truckers helped me with - always pick a lane that doesn't have a truck pulled up beyond the pump once their fueling process is complete - which leads to the reason they pull clear of the pumps, it's out of respect for the person behind you waiting to fuel, this allows him to start fueling while you go in and get your final receipt or grab lunch or a snack - makes perfect sense to me... read more

I had enough points built up for a free shower it was very clean plenty of towels got me some Cinnabon and a latte. It does appear that this place recently went through a renovation and looks fairly new on the inside compared to the outside overall it was a nice one hour stop with plenty of room for parking read more

This is right off I-95 and an easy stop and get back on for truckers and RVs alike. We stoped here on Thanksgiving morning are 9am I had to use the bathroom and we wanted to grab a quick breakfast before getting back on the road. They have a Denny's. A Subway, Cinnabon and their own food (pizza , pre made sandwiches etc) We opted for a Subway ham, egg and cheese. They have regular eggs as well as egg whites, bacon , ham but no sausage. We ordered a 12 inch to split. I went over to the coffee area for coffee while my husband waited for our sandwich. I saw an iced coffee machine. Perfect!!! It's a touch screen and tells you to put coffee cup under. So I look under the machine and they only had a medium. I wanted a large but no large cups. The iced coffee cups are different than hot coffee. So here I am walking around in circles trying to find a larger cup. I asked someone and they are out but I could use a larger hot coffee cup. Um. Well I don't know how much coffee this machine is going to dispense so I just grabbed largest one. The creamer and sugar and stirrers are all in one area. After my coffee makes I see the sign that says "add ice first" so now I add ice. I taste it and it tastes like water! I dump it and get their "cold brew" and leave. We get to our RV that coffee tasted like water too - I dumped it. My sandwich was cold (luckily we have a micro) but my food and coffee experience leaves me thinking never get an iced coffee from a Flying J's / Pilot again. Food experience would have been a 1 Star review. The bathrooms and the travel area were fabulous and would have been a 5 star review. They have showers , a lounge area for travelers with comfy chairs and a TV, arcade games etc. the bathroom was clean and neat. read more

Typical truck stop/travel plaza offering a Subways and Denny's, not to mention their own food behind glass (pizza, wings, tenders, hot dogs, etc.) I must say that the wings looked pretty good despite it being "gas station food." This is a tried and true trusted stop for us on the way to or from Orlando off I-95. Very easy access on and off the interstate. Gas is always a good price (that is if you consider gas priced well these days LOL). Bathrooms are always clean which is a big plus. They are also large, so you don't have to wait for a stall or a sink. The store itself is large and clean. Every kind of drink or snack you could want is pretty much available. They even have fresh fruit. There's a little deli at the counter between the cash registers with some pretty good hot food items. I'm rather partial to the corn dogs and potato wedges. I have noticed they don't always have the exact same hot food items available. Guess they like to change things up. They also have roller items like hot dogs and those taquito type thingies, nachos, soups, and some other items. If you're hungry and don't feel like stopping for a meal, you can definitely find something here that's cheap, filling, and easy to eat on the go. If you're a trucker, they have a lounge area and showers. Good, clean place to rest up for a bit. it's well-lit at night, so I always feel safe even if it's 3 in the morning. read more

Gas, grocery and food stop was ok, bathroom floors were wet/gross. If u just need a pitstop its good, only gas station at this location. But because people stay overnight, some of the cars/vans look sketchy & there's only a tiny spot of grass by the camper/rv parking to take your dog. Not safe to walk around for exercising yourself or dog. Staff friendly & store was bright & clean but because of the outside area parking, even with police driving thru, i wouldn't stop here at night as no where safely lit to walk dog. read more

Wow, not judging the station just the ignorant people who are gassing up there trucks walk 5 feet away from the gassing tank and lite up a cigarette. Also to the gas attendant who was filling someone's propane tank and never said a word. Really. I lost a dear friend in 1975 from someone who was passing a gas station an flick there cigarette out the window. From that one small senseless action it took the life of my best friend, He was a brother, son and had a lot to offer the world. He was only 18 and I will never forget him. The person who parked in area of the gas pump and dumping area , who got out of the truck and walked less then 5 feet over and lite up a cigarette, I was the RV behind you, we asked several times to put the cigarette out or go to the designated area to smoke but you just ignored both my husband and I. Your action are going to cost people there life and could also cost you your own. I beg you please please please do not light up, flick or even come close to a pump or a gas station with a lite cigarette, the life you save might be your own. Please if anyone see someone lighting up in a gas station please say something. Obviously if you see it you're close enough to be affected by it, say something, you could be saving your life and someone else's. In terms of gas stations, overall it was a pretty okay experience. It was big and had Subways, Denny's, Cinnabon, an arcade, and a resting area for truck drivers. It was definitely the first time I've ever seen anything like that. My only complaint is that the bathroom was not as clean as I thought it would've been considering how big and nice the rest of the place looked. read more

This is a really nice pit stop for any people traveling to Georgia or vice versa. It's got a Denny's, subway, and a mini arcade place. To top it off, you can watch a movie in their lounge. This place is meant for the truckers who drive insane hours on the road. I haven't been to any other place like it, but then again I don't travel too much. This must be one of their flagship stores the store is clean and well kept. This location is a typical Flying J and has the many offerings that you would expect to find. They have Krispy Cream in the store and just about any beverage you could want. The store is clean and they have a lot of parking room. We are traveling in our RV and this store has 2 dedicated fueling lanes for RV's. They offer a dump station, propane, and overnight parking. This location has a separate RV parking area that is large and well lit. This place gets a lot of traffic so there is always someone moving around. read more

I've been traveling back and forth between Jax and Ormond Beach for about 10 years now, and if I am in need of gas... this is my go to stop. Exit 305! And unlike stopping for gas at the 318 exit with the outlet malls (dangerous for me!) it's a quick exit off and back on, no drama or u-turns required. Gas is always ridiculously cheaper here than in Jax or Ormond, sometimes by at least 10 cents per gallon. This place can get busy, especially during travel holidays, so you may have to get in line for one of the pumps. Choose your line wisely (LOL, it seems like I always pick the slowest one.) As for the inside, it's a Flying J, so they have coffee, drinks, food and tons of random gas station stuff. The only thing I really don't like is the bathrooms are all the way in the back, past the trucker TV area... and I always confuse the door to the women's bathroom with the shower room. Ugh. There are a couple of patches of grass for a quick puppy pee stop... but with the traffic just be very careful with your pooch. read more

It's Florida, so whaddya gonna do (Native Resident of FL)? Anyway, two pumps are down (2nd day in a row). A manager saw two cashier lines 5 deep and continued on with conversation with an employee. This is PFJ so that's acceptable. This is while SO MANY retailers hire consultants that BEG them not to let this happen. All of this happened after I saw a cockroach scurry around the fountain drink machine. Apparently, PFJ seems to ignore the backbone of their business on Trucker Path. So I'd thought to let ALL motorists know that get your fuel and go. Don't act as a customer in any other way because store is disgusting 9/11/2018- Seriously, St John's County Health Department. Decent experience for roadside stop. Got in and out. Bathrooms need to be checked more frequently for the slob women who stop in there and don't clean up after themselves. Ladies working the counter could not have been nicer and were kept busy. Great hot pizza! read more
