I came in to order a panini and had the pleasure of checking out with Justin. He was very friendly & outgoing and helpful during checkout. When I was waiting on my food, I saw Dion making what looked like gourmet drinks. The drinks he was making looked so good that I decided to go back and place another order for one for myself. My hands are full at the time and Justin was kind enough to go on the tablet and place the order for me. Overall this was a 10/10 experience. Every Wawa location needs a Justin & Dion!

It took almost 45 minutes just to get the sandwich and the workers there looked like they didn't want to be there. They legit stopped and stared at us for a few times while we were waiting. The sandwich is huge but that's about it. I had the tuna salad sandwich with lettuce, mayo, bacon, and tomato. Everything was flavorless. The sandwich was soggy and the tuna salad was lukewarm and watered down. I could not for the life of me, taste any seasoning on it. I even added salt and pepper and it did not make the sandwich any better. The bacon was also soggy and not crispy at all. It was very unpleasant experience. Their drinks are pretty good and we usually get their iced matcha drinks or iced coffee drinks. I do like that you can order on the pad and there's many customizable options.

There are always plenty of employees around if you need help, and the free samples are a big bonus--honestly, you could walk in hungry and leave full. They take Visa as their main form of payment now, and the customer service desk is always helpful with returns or questions. The only downside is that sometimes you find something you really like, go back a month later, and it's gone. Inventory can be a little inconsistent, but usually there's a similar product to try. Overall, still one of the best places to shop.

Despite answering her questions about my service dog, she repeatedly confronted me, got in my face, and yelled about my 10 lb service animal. As someone with PTSD this triggered an anxiety attack. Her behavior was unacceptable and discriminatory. I urge you to address this manager's actions and provide your staff training on service animal polices. Sadly, we will not be shopping here again.

As per the couple of times I've gone in to shop I noticed I've recieved some following from store employees looking over my shoulder in isles, as a student from the local college I can understand being careful but it comes to a point of obnoxiousness and poor customer service. I've also noticed they carry some products that are sold at the Winn Dixie across the street where the price so happens to be significantly cheaper so keep that in mind.
