What manager does this. He was the nicest man I have met in a very long time here in Florida. He was so soft spoken, so polite, very kind. My daughter is special needs he made sure I had everything I needed for her meal he was "Totally Awesome". Whataburger needs to be so thankful they have him as their manager representing their company. And on the other side, he wife is one helluva lucky lady because he is a keeper. The fries were even more disappointing. Despite being told they were fresh, they were clearly not. They were cold, stale, and tasted like they had been sitting out for quite some time. For a restaurant that prides itself on burgers and fries, the quality was unacceptable. Overall, the experience was frustrating and a complete waste of money. Between the incorrect order, poor food quality, and misleading response about the fries, Steak 'n Shake failed on every level. We rarely eat fast food, and experiences like this remind us why.
