AMAZING (Except after8pm-10pm weeknights) So this is actually a struggle for me to review. I LOVE this Racetrac!! I genuinely think everyone that works here is great! I recently started a job that has me in an area where this is the closest nicest spot for a quick anything. Doesn't matter, day or night everyone here is awesome HOWEVER, they are Short staffed and at night they close for like and hour or two and it's a complete and utter pain in the A$$!! You never know what night how long anything! They don't put up a sign. You just show up after 8 and before 10-11 and the door is locked!! And they don't tell you ANYTHING! They don't answer the phone. They don't put a sign on the door nothing. That alone makes me want to give 0 if possible. But I like all the ppl too much. Lol. read more

This is a fast and easy gas station to get into on the way home it's quick easy not to busy the inside is.clean and organized the cashier is pretty nice and they have lots of great snacks a bathroom. If you need to stop in quick and the gas prices are reasonable. read more

Day after Hurricane Beryl, racetrack raised the price of premium to 4.29 a gallon. I used to be a good customer but never again. I have filled up many times with their rewards program. If I could give 0 stars I would! Super disgusting location. They claim that their bathrooms are all out of service. I was with a small child who really needed to use the bathroom while we put gas. Employees claim that when they need to use the restroom they go next to their cars. Mind you there were over 6 employees in there. On 05/19/2022 at 9pm, I went to this Racetrac to use the restroom, get an Icee and get back on I95 to go home. When I approached the restrooms, they were both closed for cleaning. I really had to go. I asked another clerk how long would she be and if one person is cleaning one bathroom, why close both of them? She stated she did not know. Another clerk ask me did i have to go #1 or #2. If #1, he suggested i go outside. SMH... I tried to call corporate but was unsuccessful. This is clearly unacceptable. There is no need to shut down two restrooms to clean one. Stopped in for gas and bottled water this place is currently under renovations as are a lot of the locations in Florida. Even with that said even with the construction going on this is the nicest place to stop off this exit from I-95. read more

I'm a diehard RaceTrac customer. Business takes me to St. Augustine regularly and I frequent this RaceTrac every time for fuel and beverages. In my opinion, it's the best in northeast FL other than the New Smyrna Beach location. It is somewhat difficult to pull in and out of from the main road, however, the store is clean as well as the bathroom and fueling areas. Exit 311! read more

I feel like there was some laziness going on here. The facility is rather clean but I was a bit annoyed. I went specifically for froyo (because it is right by the house) and was frustrated when a good number of the flavors (some of the best, arguably) were all out with NO signs, or anything to say what is or is not there. So you are relegated to trying it, and either getting nothing, or melted mess in your cup. Annoying. read more

This racetrack is great! They have a wide variety of food and some really healthy options as well. The staff is friendly and the bathrooms are pretty nice for a gas station. It's pretty busy so expect to wait for a pump- especially during weekends. read more

Although there were already a few gas stations and convenience stores in the area, the 207 / 95 interchange was in dire need for a RaceTrac! Most of the other gas stations have only a few pumps, and a decent convenience store attached- enter RaceTrac. This place has about 20 pumps, and I've never seen them all full. Gas prices are comparable to all the other stations in the vicinity- so don't worry about having to look around. Especially since the gas prices for this station are lit up in bright LED's that you could probably see from space. The convenience store attached is very impressive. Of course they offer up the huge selection of beer, water, sodas, and energy drinks, but the fresh coffee selection is pretty cool- it's not Starbucks, but it's good. Tons of snacks are all over the place, along with a pretty decent selection of subs, sandwiches, fruit cups, and microwavable burritos, burgers, and more. One of the biggest highlights of this store- of course it's new, but this place is CLEAN. I mean, really, really clean. Restrooms were well-stocked, smelled good, and were immaculate. The rest of the place had tons of trash cans all over, which people actually USE. Even in the area where you can microwave the food and put on your toppings, not a thing was out of place, and the microwaves were cleaned out. While I was in, I noticed the on-duty manager walking around, making sure displays were neat and in-order, wiping down counters, refilling coffee, and talking to customers asking them about their day and if they needed anything. For a convenience store, that's pretty impressive. My only complaint about this location is that there's not any fast food stores in or attached to it. Since I work in the area, it would be nice to have something besides Subway and the Pizza Shop that resides across the street from this RaceTrac. I was really hoping for SOMETHING that would offer up some hot food fast, but overall, I'm pretty impressed with the selection of food that this store has to offer. If you're on your way up to 95, or need a place to stop in, gas up, and get your snack on, this RaceTrac is way above the other stores in the area! read more

Aside from Wawa- racetrack is my go-to. Especially for a bathroom stop. This racetrack I will race right past next time. I visited last night on July 7th around 10pmish. DISGUSTING. when I went to the ladies room it was gross. 2 out of the 3 stalls had no toilet paper. The stall I went in was the biggest one because at the time I was the only one in there and the only other one with tp was gross. When I was done there also was no paper towels in the dispenser and a line. I simply went out and told the 3 people standing behind the register there was basically nothing in the girls room and a line. Nobody seemed concerned at all. I went to get a water and when I got back to the register each employee was in the exact same position. So I don't know what the other ladies did-one was also a child. My boyfriend asked if I have ever gotten froyo from a racetrack and I said yes but we looks at theirs and I said I would not eat it from this location. Everything was dirty. There was juice from the fruits all over the place. I should have known from the moment I parked that this race trac was going to be a bad experience. There was trash and foot items melted on the sidewalk. Not the typical racetrack look. Very disappointed in this location. read more

I live within 2 miles of this station. It is the busiest gas station in the St Augustine area. But it has just about everything and they try to get you through as fast as possible. The station across the street does a fraction of the business. I guess its all the extras this place has. I am at this store at least 300 times a year, and I complain about how busy it is, but I keep going back. So that must mean something. read more

Men's restroom always smells like urine. Coffee is always old & almost cold. Not sure why this location is consistently so bad. I visit the SR16, Green Cove, Orange Park & Middleburg locations all the time for coffee & gas. They are all miles above this location. read more

This Racetrac is the BEST!!!! I don't know why anyone would stop anywhere else. It is CLEAN, and the employees are very friendly--they greet you when you walk in! It is always very busy, but they will have 3-4 people at the registers if needed. Definitely a big difference! read more
