I have reported serious issues over and over again, documented them, followed up, and done everything a responsible tenant is supposed to do. Each time, I was ignored. It reached a point where it felt like I did not exist to them at all. There was no accountability, no urgency, and no care. The living conditions are unacceptable. The buildings are heavily infested with roaches and rats. This is not an exaggeration. You see roaches as soon as you walk into the lobby, crawling on the walls, around the mailboxes, and near packages. They travel freely through the hallways and come into apartments from under the doors. It is constant, not occasional, and it creates an environment that feels unsafe and unsanitary. On top of that, water shutoffs happen regularly, often weekly, and last for an entire day. These disruptions are labeled as "maintenance" and treated as normal, with little notice and no regard for how disruptive they are to daily life. You are expected to simply accept it. Living here has been exhausting and demoralizing. It has caused ongoing frustration, anger, and stress. Your home is supposed to be a place of peace, and this place slowly strips that away. You become uncomfortable in your own space and worn down by having to constantly advocate for basic living conditions. I used to just text my tenants which I know is not the right way to do it. Only thing I'd say is sometimes I wish they responded a little faster but honestly when they do get back to me everything is thorough and correct so I think its just they are busy and doing things right rather then rushing.
