On a few occasions I've asked to speak to the manager, only to be told that he left early, leaving his store severely understaffed. Don't go on a Wednesday or Thursday. Wheelbarrows are all over because there are only 3 staff members working, and they are all overwhelmed. When the manager is present, he's hiding out in his office instead of helping his team.
