Never again will I deal wh this company. My son found a car on there website that he liked. The car gets delivered here in Lafayette. He gets his text messages an update on the car going thru inspection. He goes to the bank gets the check, he waits for his dad to get off work to go get the car. They go to Carmax to get the car. HERE'S WHERE PROBLEM STARTS. Joni the salesperson tells him he can't leave with car because she needs to verify the check. Now keep in mind the bank had talk to the finance company. How else did the bank get the final purchase price for the car to issue a check they had to spoken with carmax finance. The bank was close by that time. My husband an Joni went back an forth of course an argument broke out. Nevertheless to say my son did not leave with the car that day an this was on a Friday. Fast forward to Monday they call to verify with the bank of course everything was legit. I called the bank myself to explain the situation from Friday the loan officer said she never heard of a thing. I said it was discrimination because of his race an age She responded back by saying I was thinking that but didn't won't to say it, and she's Caucasian. I would never purchase are suggest anyone purchase from them.

Brought the car back to the dealership and reported the issues. They gave me a loaner and 3 1/2 weeks later said the car was fixed. Ran the car through a car wash and it was leaking in the car! Also they told me because the car wasn't new I couldn't expect that the ac would blow like a let's say 2020 model. The ac doesn't blow cold air at all! Going back tomorrow to put the car back in the shop. How dare someone talk to me like I'm a child? Telling me I can't expect the ac to blow? It will blow cold air if it's fixed properly!

Let me start by saying that I have owned over 15 Nissan's of which most were new off the lot. I…read morepurchased some in Indiana in my hometown and now 3 since I moved to Louisiana. Additionally, I purchased a BMW, a Jeep and most recently a VW in Louisiana so that would make 3 Nissans and 3 others since 2006 for me. I am a car enthusiast and have owned 30+ cars in the last 30 years. Overall, I have always loved Nissan's but the quality is dwindling over the years. The vehicles that were made in Japan and sent to the USA have unfortunately always been more reliable than the USA built models. That aside, Nissan still gives some of the best bang for the buck on cars. The dealership is really the make it or break it and although I disagree with things like changing brake fluid and air filters that are clean but have 10k miles on them, the service department at Giles is trustworthy. They are very conservative in that "if it looks worn or is at the recommended mileage to change it then it needs to be changed". I know this is to minimize liability but as an engineer who has built race cars sometimes any logical thought is bypasses by mileage policies. With all that said, if your looking for a Nissan, they are the best dealer in the area. Come in prepared to negotiate and have your numbers worked out. If anyone can make "the deal you want" Giles can if they want to. Good luck!

Brought my car here because it wasn't shifting and kept dying. That was the ONLY issues. We gave the car back and they charged us an extra $150, telling us that a fuse was unhooked and it was unhooked when we brought the car. I THINK I would know if my radio wasn't working when I brought the car in. We get the car back a second time and it works fine. The next time I turn it on, same issues occur, radio isn't working, can't adjust mirrors, and charger ports aren't working. This is absolutely ridiculous. We've spent over a grand on a rental and service fees combined, all because they messed up my car. Will not be back and would not trust them to work on anything.
