In my experience, they performed an extremely poor brake job on my 2013 Honda that put my family in serious danger. Shortly after the service, the brakes were clearly not functioning properly, and the situation nearly resulted in a tragic accident involving my son. No parent should ever have to wonder if a repair shop cut corners on something as critical as brakes. That wasn't the end of it. They also worked on a 2018 Audi and caused additional damage to the tire and suspension. The car was NOT in that condition before it was brought to them. When the issues were brought to their attention, it was obvious they knew something went wrong, but instead of taking accountability or attempting to fix the problem, they became defensive and unprofessional. What really shocked me was how they handled it after that. Rather than resolving the issue like a responsible business, they escalated the situation and called the police instead of addressing the damage they caused. This shop showed a complete lack of integrity, accountability, and concern for customer safety. Mistakes can happen, but how a business responds says everything--and this response was unacceptable. I strongly urge neighbors to think twice before trusting this shop with your vehicle. Brakes, tires, and suspension are not cosmetic issues. They are life-or-death systems. Buyer beware.
