Ricardo was highly responsive and clear in his communication at all steps of the process, including providing an initial quote, revising that quote, scheduling, confirming the appointment, and providing payment information. His quote was in the middle of several quotes I obtained from different companies; I didn't want to go with the lowest possible quote, and I wanted to use a small company that cares about both value and safety. His team of two men did a great job cleaning the front/back of our building, including soft-washing the facades and cleaning the windows. read more

R Sparkling Solution - Windows and facade after cleaning: lots of cobwebs were removed, without paint or trim damage. - Window Washing Near Me

Ricardo is a trustable person and he has a nice crew that did a fantastic job cleaning my roof, my gutters, and washing my house. The customer service was nice and I felt good while the cleaning was being done. They must have dug out about 2 - 3 hundred pounds from my gutters! Now, I'm not worried when it rains. My roof looks noticeably clean as well as my walls. And you can see the results on my gutters. I'm glad I got this service done by them. I will call them again next time! read more

We had them come out today. A two-man crew (Lazaro & Joel) and they did a solid job. When my wife came home, she thought they hadn't reinstalled the screens - that's how clean the widows and screens were. Our house + garage have ~40 windows. The actual price was $15 more than estimate - very fair price and value for what we paid. Definitely recommended for your house. read more

I enjoyed working with Ricardo and his team. Made my life easy! We had tried to clean the windows but nothing was working for us. Contacted Ricardo and hired his company to wash/clean my roof and gutters, after trying to do it myself unsuccessfully, in order to get my insurance renewal which had been scheduled to not renew due to the presence of algae, mildew and mold. The crew was on schedule, efficient and professional. The insurance company renewed my insurance, and I had my roof washed and cleaned for a reasonable amount. I definitely recommend Ricardo and his company! read more

I've used this company for three years and they do not disappoint. We've had them clean our windows, tracks, and screens, and not a spot of dirt/ dust remains. This year, they cleaned out gutters as well. They are prompt, courteous, and respecting of property. I highly recommend them for windows, gutters, or pressure washing, which we had done last year to our vinyl siding. read more

We bought the house in March 2021 and this is the first time we had our gutters cleaned. Ricardo and his team are amazing. Ricardo was responsive, and the fee quote was competitive. They arrived on time, were efficient and they identified a blockage with one of the downspouts and consulted us before proceeding with additional work. We were very satisfied with their services and will use them again. read more

I thought I had 16 panels, but it was actually 20, but he didn't charge any more. and while on the roof he was able to source a water leak in one of the pool panels. next month I want him to do the windows. read more

Three months ago, I called R Sparkling Solution to clean and install gutter screens. Ricardo responded quickly to our request for an estimate. He provided 2 quotes for us upon our request. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. During the most recent rain, we noticed water spilling over the gutter. I reached out to Ricardo, and he came out the next day to evaluate the situation. He came back a few days later to fix the problem himself. I would definitely recommend R Sparkling Solutions to my family and friends. read more

Excellent service! Lazaro did our gutters and windows. He was so thorough and didn't cut any corners. We watched him meticulously clean the windows and the trim. We had not washed our exterior windows in 22 years and now they look brand new! As for the gutters, he cleaned the roof to prevent all the stuff on the roof from going right back into the gutters. For all that he did, the price was very reasonable and they were prompt, friendly, and super thorough. Highly recommended!!! read more

We recently contracted R Sparkling solutions to clean our roof via light power wash. They were very responsive. 1. Ricardo came and inspected the property, took pictures gave us a quick estimate. 2. He gave us a competitively better quote 3. Then then came to do the actual work with a team of 3 and worked very diligently for over 7 hrs. The used equipment to first clean the roof and then light power washed it and then used chemicals. 4. They also removed the downspout and cleaned the gutters. 5. They power washed the dirt off the walls and cleaned up the mess from the ground and left the external of house spotless. Overall it they worked very hard and diligently. Ricardo and their crew were very polite and great to work with. I strongly recommend them for the work they do. read more

Amazing job! You went above and beyond and made all the windows in all the hard to reach places of my house sparkle. It's not easy dealing with a house in the hills of Orinda, but you managed to do an expert job by yourself. Thank you for getting our home ready for guests. You also were able to get me an updated quote and service sooner than expected! I mean really made us feel like valued customers you've had for a long time. That being said I will come back to you again and again. You really did an excellent job. Thank you for caring for our home as much as we do! read more

R Sparkling Solution - Outside patio - Window Washing Near Me

I Highly recommend Ricardo and his crew! My gutter unexpectedly detached and was dangling from the roof. Ricardo called me back within about 15-20 minutes of me leaving a message (unlike other companies I called), and he was at my home a couple hours later to give me a quote and schedule the work. When I told Ricardo that I have small children he said that the dangling gutter was a dangerous hazard to my kids as it could fall at any moment and he would do his best to get his crew out later that day to fix it. Ricardo gave us various options to deal with the gutter (replace it or try to fix the existing gutter) and never tried to pressure us to do more work than necessary. A few hours later Ricardo's crew showed up and quickly got to work. They did an excellent job fixing the gutter and securing it back into place. I am so grateful to Ricardo for helping us deal with the gutter quickly and efficiently. He charged us a fair price, especially considering that the work was done the same day! I was also excited to learn that Ricardo's company does gutter cleaning as well as window washing. Going forward, we will be using Ricardo for all our gutter cleaning and window washing needs - he is honest, trustworthy, professional and does great work! read more

Ricardo is an amazing businessman and person. He was fast to respond, professional, and really delivers. Him and his crew were on time, worked hard all day, and cleaned up properly. My roof looks brand new and is now mold and algae free. His rates are very competitive for what you get. I'd without a doubt recommend Ricardo and his team for your pressure washing needs. The world needs more professional business people like Ricardo! It's not an easy job to be on a roof all day, get soaked, and be in danger on such high homes. The team of 3 did an amazing job. Very fascinating to watch. Just one less star because of three reasons: 1. I didn't know about the current 20% off service promotion and I feel he ought to have informed me and applied it. 2. The team member who was washing away all the debris used my garden hose and it's not made for such use so it ripped in the middle. It's one of those lightweight expandable hoses. But no biggie, easily replaceable. 3. They don't accept credit card and when I asked if I could send a bill pay check from my bank, he preferred a check the same day. It was kind of a struggle to find my checkbook the same day, but I was able to find it. Again, no biggie. read more

We had to get the moss cleaned off our roof for insurance purposes. We reached out to R Sparking Solution for a quote along with requesting a few other quotes as well. Not only did R Sparkling come in as the lowest bid, they had a great Yelp rating so I decided to give them a try. They exceeded our expectations came in with the price quoted with no hidden fees or charges added on. The team scheduled to do the job were timely and cleaned up and left the workspace probably cleaner then when they arrived.
