We recently contracted R Sparkling solutions to clean our roof via light power wash. They were very responsive. 1. Ricardo came and inspected the property, took pictures gave us a quick estimate. 2. He gave us a competitively better quote 3. Then then came to do the actual work with a team of 3 and worked very diligently for over 7 hrs. The used equipment to first clean the roof and then light power washed it and then used chemicals. 4. They also removed the downspout and cleaned the gutters. 5. They power washed the dirt off the walls and cleaned up the mess from the ground and left the external of house spotless. Overall it they worked very hard and diligently. I Highly recommend Ricardo and his crew! My gutter unexpectedly detached and was dangling from the roof. Ricardo called me back within about 15-20 minutes of me leaving a message (unlike other companies I called), and he was at my home a couple hours later to give me a quote and schedule the work. When I told Ricardo that I have small children he said that the dangling gutter was a dangerous hazard to my kids as it could fall at any moment and he would do his best to get his crew out later that day to fix it. Ricardo gave us various options to deal with the gutter (replace it or try to fix the existing gutter) and never tried to pressure us to do more work than necessary. A few hours later Ricardo's crew showed up and quickly got to work. They did an excellent job fixing the gutter and securing it back into place. I am so grateful to Ricardo for helping us deal with the gutter quickly and efficiently. He charged us a fair price, especially considering that the work was done the same day! The team member who was washing away all the debris used my garden hose and it's not made for such use so it ripped in the middle. It's one of those lightweight expandable hoses. But no biggie, easily replaceable. 3. They don't accept credit card and when I asked if I could send a bill pay check from my bank, he preferred a check the same day.
