It was a pleasure doing business with Ricardo. R Sparking Solution did an amazing job providing window cleaning services. Ricardo was incredibly responsive, courteous, and thorough in his customer service. We have a house with a lot of windows but Ricardo and his crew were efficient and finished before noon. It was less than one week between my first inquiry to the job being completed, and the work was all done before the upcoming holiday as promised. They also helped removed a birds nest on the second floor soffit. Highly recommend! read more

Did a great job cleaning the outside of my windows and screens. They were on time and respectful.

Quick to give provide a quote, related to the problem and offer the most relevant info in the quote to fix the issue and remain flexible during the course of the collaboration / conversation. Clear in the communicating of the cost structure, that's easy and quick to comprehend. And avoided trying to sell additional un-needed services. Identified the downspout problem the likely requires future attention. Thank you Ricardo! read more

R Sparkling Solution - Window Washing Near Me

We chose R Sparkling Solution because they were prompt in their response to us. Ricardo went to our house, emailed us a clear quote for the window cleaning, and followed up to see if we had questions. It was easy to schedule a time for the window cleaning. We were willing to pay $10 over the highest quote because Ricardo was polite, professional, responded in a reasonable time, and actually looked at our windows. Some businesses will not commit to an exact quote because they have not looked at the property. Guierllmo did the cleaning. He arrived with a business card identifying who he was. Guierllmo was polite, professional, and was careful of everything in a newly remodeled house. We will definitely use R Sparkling again. read more

My house is like 20% brighter! I've lived here for 9 years and never had my windows professionally cleaned, and there was clearly a tremendous buildup of gook. Ricardo is a joy to work with- I paid for the full clean: windows inside and out, sills, and screens. They showed up when they said they would, got it done in a few hours, and they charged me the price as quoted. He even took two of my torn screens away and brought them back with new mesh a few days later (extra charge). Great work all around and highly recommended. I look forward to using R Sparkling Window Cleaning again in 2028! read more

After years of leaves and other debris collecting on my roof I knew it was best to take care of it now. Ricardo and crew did an amazing job and were very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I had. He even provided before and after pics. Would highly recommend. read more

Ricardo did a FANTASTIC job of cleaning my windows, washing my house, and power washing my stucco fences and wood deck! He will be my go-to guy that I will recommend to all my friends and family for really making your house sparkling. We moved into a 70 year old house that had embarrassingly dirty windows, a layer of dust all over the outside, a deck that was slippery with algae, and stucco fences that were black and creepy with mold. Our Super Bowl party/open house was only a week away and I couldn't possibly do all the work to clean the place up so I found Ricardo on YELP. He came to my house promptly and discussed what services he could offer and gave me a very reasonable estimate. My windows, my stucco, my deck went from Eww to Oooh! read more

My house has a lot of cobwebs and dirt build up and needed a good power wash. Ricardos team did an excellent job and finished about 2 hr earlier than expected. The washed all the windows, cleaned the trims, walls and garage door. I even had a bent window frame that they adjusted and placed back for me. We need our wooden fences cleaned so I'll be using R Sparkling in the near future as well. Very professional, courteous, prompt and reasonable with pricing. read more

Needed to unclog our gutters and downspouts. Ricardo understood exactly what needed to be done and gave his estimate after a few questions. He arrived early and checked what was needed. When some items came up, he was transparent of the cost and what was going to happen. Very happy how professional and friendly he was on everything. Gave some recommendations on upkeep and what to keep an eye out on in the future to help prevent any deterioration. Great job! read more

This morning I called Ricardo of R Sparkling to clean the 18 windows and ten screens in my home. He asked specific questions so that he could give me a fair and accurate quote. Lazaro was assigned to the job. He arrived "early" and efficiently set up his supplies; and worked quietly and methodically, cleaning each window as it was the only one he was cleaning. Lazaro competed for the job in approximately two hours. My home looks as if new windows and screens were installed. R Sparkling is a top-notch vendor, and I will be scheduling service in the future as well as informing my clients about this service. read more
