Wow. First time there. I was a bit hesitant when I learned the restaurant was inside a car dealership. But what the heck, we decided to give it a try and so glad we did. My wife and I shared the smoked beef brisket along with fries and a side order of cole slaw. The food was amazing. The brisket was the best I have ever had, moist, nice crust and full of flavor. The fries were excellent as was the cole slaw which had a unique but delightful flavor. Everything is made to order and fresh and that extra care definitely shines through. Ashlyn, our server and co-owner, was equally delightful and very attentive. She and her husband, Randy, have certainly created something special here. I guarantee you, Guy Fieri would love this place and it is only a matter of time that he shows up and then you will be waiting in line to try this gem. Go now while there is no long line!! My friends and I went on a weekend which we knew would be busy. It was right after they got some Instagram exposure so we had a little bit of a wait which we expected. Seating is really limited but it was worth the wait for sure! All 3 of us loved the food and can't wait to go back. We went for breakfast and plan to go back and try lunch. Food was delicious! I had the tritip sandwich and brisket. My wife had a burger which was really good. My kids had the chicken tenders which were a huge disappointment. They don't like ketchup or sauce so there was no way of trying to give them flavor. I get it, kid menus are rarely anything to rave about but these were just very bland. My only regret is not trying this place sooner! Went for the first time about a month ago and have been back several times since. The brisket is absolutely amazing. We tried the meat platter with all three different Meats and all were really good! Really cool atmosphere with seating among classic cars. Great service! Always having to travel out of town for decent food, I decided to try R+Q I ordered the Cheeseburger with fries oh my, it was hearty in size and the best burger Ive had in a very long time, the fries we extra special as well I encourage you to try it! I will return to try the breakfast Thank you R+Q, you upped the game in Fillmore! Just a heads up the dining area is in the showroom of Bunnin Chevy, it didn't matter too me after the first bite of food The service was good as well. This place is fantastic!! Went there today for lunch and had their BBQ'd Brisket sandwich.. it was unbelievably delicious!! They slow cook the meat in a smoker outside the place for 9 or 10 hours. I've never had BBQ's this good anywhere, and I've been to many states that are famous for it. The potato salad was homemade with fresh cooked bacon pieces sprinkled on top, and their onion rings were delicious. Fillmore got very lucky getting this place. The location is super cool being inside the Chevy dealership, where you dine surrounded by classic cars parked just feet from the tables. Super nice owners and staff also. Do yourself favor and try it. I'll be going back often to try some of the other great choices they have on the menu.. if I can bring myself to not just order the BBQ'd brisket every time. read more

I've eaten there three times. Here's my advice to you. Make sure your meat is not too salty, I'm talking about the ground beef. It was fine until we got to the center, so I'm guessing it's a blending issue with the seasonings since you ground your own meat. Also, make sure you stay consistent with the preparation of your food. You started out well, stay that way and you'll be successful in Fillmore. And believe me, Fillmore wants you to be successful. read more

This place is talked into a car dealership of all places Chevrolet to be precise but still manages to be one of the best places I've eaten all year. Easily the best breakfast in fillmore. The plates may seem a little pricey until you actuslly get them. The service was great and very friendly.
