Breakfast Menu

My family loves this place. The food is amazing. Went there this morning. 1. I had the brisket with my breakfast and the taste was fantastic. 2. My wife had the tritip with her breakfast and it was even better than the brisket. 3. One of my daughters had the waffle and she loved it. The bacon that came with her meal was cooked really well. The car show room in the extra perk here. It was amazing to watch how connected this restaurant was connected with the community. Family after family saying goodbye to the chef/(assume owner) as they left. What a great restaurant.

Chef's BBQ Tray

I ordered the Chef's BBQ Tray and picked the brisket and tri-tip. The brisket was perfectly melt in your mouth moist. Some of the best brisket I have ever had and I have traveled all over. The iced tea was perfectly brewed and not bitter. The pickled onions and jalapeños were the perfect adder. Highly recommend a stop here! This tray is big enough you could even split it.

Chicken Club with onion rings

Who knew you can have an amazing lunch in the showroom of a Bunnin Chevrolet dealership in the middle of a small town (Fillmore)? If you're in the area, definitely hit up R+Q Kitchen for the best BBQ. Our table got the Brisket, Tri tip and chicken club sandwiches. BBQ meats were tender and flavorful. Chicken was thick and still moist! Onion rings (beer battered) & fries came hot and super crunchy! Everything we ate was 5/5! Service was super friendly and attentive! Wish this place was closer to me, but I will be coming back the next time I'm in the area for Ventura Farm Day! Definitely support your local businesses that work hard to provide excellent food & service!

This is a cute cafe/lunch hidden spot inside the Chevrolet Car Dealership shop. Seating is inside the showroom. Small menu but good options to choose from. Ive only been for beeakfast and not their lunch bbq yet. Their portions are pretty big. I got their traditional go to breakfast which I enjoyed.

What a pleasant surprise. Located right in the Chevy dealer. A wonderful brisket breakfast, really nice people, and cool cars to look at.

I would like to recommend this fantastic barbecue restaurant, which serves a wide variety of dishes of extremely high quality. Do yourself a favor and stop by this incredibly photogenic restaurant when you're in the city of Fillmore, California.  Order some brisket and have fun! I think this is the best barbecue restaurant I've ever been to in Southern California.

Thanks for a great lunch !

Amazing lunch for our team and families post game! It was our first time there, and woukd definitely go back. The staff was amazing, getting us all seated and multiple family orders. The food was delicious, hot with great portion sizes. The staff was incredibly accommodating for such a large group! Was fun to sit among the old cars in the dealership!

Not worth the drive unless you live next door. Food was just so-so, service was almost occasional.

The important thing now is to visit this place as often as possible. Make up for lost time. Because there are so many things to try. Not only does this place have an impressively broad selection of baked goods. It also offers up some exquisitely beautiful produce. And then there's the cold case with the big Chicken Pot Pies and the Beef Pot Pies and probably some other kind of Pot Pies I haven't even heard of before because this place brings it! Same with sandwiches. You know how you like those sandwiches on a baguette? Well they've got them here. Quick lunch option. Over in the other cold case they've got French Butter. Probably would've been better if I didn't see that. Most of the time French Butter is like Kryptonite to me. I lose all my power over my wallet. I'm compelled to turn over all my cash for butter. But not this day. This day I was strong. I did not succumb to the buttery temptation. This visit I left with a cappuccino and a couple packages of cookies. Both excellent! All fresh. However. If you go here, MAKE SURE to check your bag before you leave. Three times, they have charged us for loaves of bread that didn't make it into the bag. Today, they forgot a sandwich and a loaf of bread and annoyingly, when I told them about the missing items, they sliced the bread before putting it in the bag. I didn't realize until way later in the day. I did not ask for that and I don't like the bread sliced there -- it goes bad way quicker. So, go there, love it, spend a lot (you will) and it's totally worth it. But I sure wish they had a better mechanism for filling orders correctly.

They have a parking lot in the back! Went in on a Saturday evening and it was really dead around 5pm! They have a full bar, massive margaritas that they will make Virgin if you ask. My dad had a few beers, I had the Jamaica with horchata in it (creamy, sweet, delicious!) their chips and salsa are also addictingly crunchy and satisfying. I loved their salsa, it has depth to it and I couldn't stop myself from eating it! I ordered the green enchiladas (one chicken and one cheese) they are gluten free. Served along side rice, beans, and sour cream. There was a lot of cheese and I couldn't finish it (just because it was so rich!) I took home the leftovers to eat the following day. The dish was fanatic, next time I could stick to the chicken enchiladas, there was plenty of cheese! The rice was cooked perfectly, the beans were a little runny. My dad had the chili rellanos and said they were good, but smaller in size than the last time he had been. He finished his plate! My side salad was nothing to write home about, small portion. Price was decent, $65 for 2 beers, one drink, 2 entrees and a side salad. The service... I feel bad saying this. One of the girls that served us moved very slowly.. she had only 2 other tables besides us that she was attending. It took her a long time to come back when we asked for drinks (I never got a refill) my dad waited 30 min for his second beer. The food came out of the kitchen at a decent speed but the server was taking her time. Another server there was quickly bussing tables, taking orders, and making sure everyone was tended to. If you're a server please look up and scan the room to know if someone needs something!! We couldn't flag her down and this is a small one room restaurant. She could use some training. Luckily the other girl helped give us our check, and took care of the rest. The restaurant itself is charming, cute and quant. I would come for margaritas with the girls. The paintings on the wall could use some improvement.

The lees special and the shaken espresso. I saw they had a strawberry and berry flavored redbull drink but that wasn't my style. Some others listed were employee specials which I would imagine are decent as well. The service was friendly, the woman at the front might have thought I was decent looking so maybe that is why she was friendly. But from my personal experience she was pretty good. Pricing was the same as the one at McKenna's. The drink however was slightly less good than McKenna's cold foam. Don't get me wrong both are good. This one had a sweeter taste, maybe more sugar was added. But it tasted delicious. The interior was peaceful, similar to a little 16 year old females decorative home. It had a lot of girl decorations I kid you not. But peaceful and air conditioned. I liked it. They had donuts inside as well but of course I have to say no to them or I'll get diabetes. But they looked tasty. Overall I recommend to try it out if you ever stop by and want a refreshing drink. The ones I mentioned I found to be good purchases tasted great and I enjoyed the flavors.

You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. My personal favorite is the Pollo Tampiqueño, but their Molcajete, fajitas, albondigas, homemade tortillas are all amazing and definitely one of the highlights of the menu. Their signature seafood plates are absolutely worth trying. If you're anywhere near Fillmore, El Pescador is worth the drive. My wife and I were driving through Ventura County during a storm and decided to stop for lunch. On our way home, we came across Central Station--a Sports Bar and Grill--and honestly, what more could you ask for on a rainy day? The place opens at 11 a.m., and when we arrived, we were welcomed into a restaurant with outdoor seating, a decent-sized dining area, and a full bar. There were several TVs throughout, making it a great spot to watch sports while enjoying food and drinks. Once seated, our host Monique provided exceptional service. She got us seated right away, took our drink order promptly, and gave us plenty of time to review their massive menu--which, by the way, made it very hard to choose. From breakfast burritos and salads to tri-tip sandwiches, wings, pizza, sampler platters, grilled chicken, and more, everything sounded delicious. Before ordering food, we checked out the drink options. They offer plenty of domestic and imported beers, both bottled and on draft. I'm a simple guy, so I went with my favorite Miller Lite, which was ice-cold and refreshing. My wife ordered a Bloody Mary and said it was very good--so good I wish I had taken a photo of it. We decided on the sampler platter since it had a variety of finger foods we love: buffalo wings, chicken strips, potato skins, BBQ pork ribs, and flautas. While waiting, I couldn't resist adding a side of my favorite--steak fries. When the food arrived, I was amazed at how much we received for such a reasonable price. Everything on the platter was hot, flavorful, and satisfying. The wings were spicy, the pork tips were sweet and tender, and overall the platter was excellent. The only small downside was that the chicken strips weren't as hot as the rest and were slightly dry, but dipping them in buffalo sauce made up for it. The steak fries were massive--I couldn't even finish them. They were fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned (with a little help from me). The buffalo sauce paired amazingly with the fries. Overall, this was a great experience trying a new lunch spot in Ventura County. Affordable prices, great-tasting food and drinks, friendly service, and a beautiful city to enjoy while passing through Highway 126. I highly recommend Central Station to anyone looking for good food, drinks, or a relaxed place to unwind.
