What started as a few frustrating issues ended up pushing us to do some upgrades much sooner than we originally planned. Working with Superior Image Contracting through all of it has been an incredible experience. Jimmy Banos and his team helped us with kitchen upgrades, beautifully filling in the empty space next to our pantry, repainting bedrooms to neutral colors, and helping us make thoughtful improvements throughout our home. Jimmy has a fantastic eye for design and helped guide us toward ideas that truly elevated the space. During the renovation they even discovered that our over the range microwave had never been properly installed by the builder. It wasn't actually venting outside the home, which explained why our smoke detectors went off every time we cooked bacon. That level of attention to detail and problem solving meant so much to us. The finished renovations are absolutely gorgeous and we receive compliments on them all the time. Anytime someone asks who did the work, we proudly tell them Superior Image Contracting. Tom recently power washed my house and painted my stair railings as we are moving. They did an…read moreamazing job getting the green mold off my house. Before hand, Tom thoroughly explained the process and the chemicals he would use. About a week after the house was washed, I noticed some dirt spots..not Tom's fault, and I called him to figure out how I could handle them. Tom offered to come back out and hit the spots the next morning for me. Tom also walked me through future maintenance and even puts a transferable warranty behind his service. I really wanted to like Tom. When I called him to get an estimate he was very responsive and called…read moreme back the same day. He came out later that week and presented me with a proposal. I needed my gutters cleaned and to power wash my townhouse and paint some stairs. Tom's price was definitely much higher than the other companies I received estimates from but he seemed professional and kept going on about how he was one of the only ones that was licensed and bonded. Even though he said it would be 7 weeks before he had availability to come out and get to my house I still hired him. He said once I give him the check for the down payment that he would give me a date that would lock me in. My date was July 15th and that date came and went and the 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st all came and went. I finally called him on the 22nd and he called me back and apologized and told me he would be there next Monday. On Monday he calls me and says he can't make it on account of all this rain we are getting but he would be there Wednesday. I have no idea what he was talking about because it never rained but I'm a very reasonable guy so I told him not to worry and Wednesday would be fine. He comes out Wednesday to power wash the house which only takes him about 90 minutes and says that the paint I selected for the outdoor deck stairs is not very good and that he has a "special sealant stain that he uses that would only be XX dollars and that I'm in luck because he has it in stock." The paint I selected is 10 year outdoor Behr paint that I have used several times before and works great. He comes back the following week to paint the stairs and is in such a rush that he misses several spots. When my wife and I point it out to him he says "it's the paints fault, it's total ****, this stuff is like water." It's not the paints fault that there are several spots of the stairs that never were touched by his paint brush. He took on too many jobs and spread himself so thin that he did a rush job. I would not hire Tom again, awful customer service with no pride in his work or attention to detail.
