The man behind the counter was extremely polite and apologetic and said that their system had gone down briefly, but to give him 20 minutes and he would have the order ready to go. 20 minutes later on the dot, he presented me with my order and a receipt showing me that he had refunded me for the entire order. He tried to give me a 25$ gift card in addition but I told him no as I felt that he had already compensated me enough for the inconvenience. He was very nice and handled the issue with grace, and I was really impressed. The food was great. We liked everything. Fried zucchini was crispy and delicious. The marinara sauce was very good. The breadsticks delicious. The buffalo chicken sandwich, the buffalo chicken roll and the buffalo chicken pizza - all very good. Great crust on the pizza. La Felice Pizza is a local business, recently under new ownership (the previous reviews were under…read morethe former owners), that sells traditional, white, specialty, gluten-free, Sicilian, and cauliflower-crust pizzas with many options for meat and vegetable toppings. It also sells appetizers (e.g., mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, chicken tenders, and garlic bread), salads, hoagies, gyros, calzones, strombolis, wedgies, wings, pastas, cheesecakes, sodas, etcetera. Dining in, pickup, and delivery within a 3-mile radius are available. Through this business's website, my husband ordered two medium pizzas--a pizza with mushrooms and green peppers and a pizza with pepperoni for a total of $29 plus tax and tip. We drove to the restaurant to pick up the pizzas. Two smiling employees greeted us, and they had our pizzas ready on time. We ate our pizzas at home. I appreciated that on the boxes the employees had written "Stay warm" (in the winter) and "Enjoy" with a smiley face. My husband and I thought that the two pizzas tasted "very good" but that the thin crusts should be slightly thicker and less floppy in the center. I ate my entire pizza for dinner--yum!

The chicken was chopped like a buffalo chicken dip with the option for mild to avoid burning my taste buds off! The cheese was exceptional - definitely a blend worth getting even a plain cheese with!
