All the food comes out at the same time, and served on the traditional injera bread (a sourdough flatbread) like a giant platter. There's an extra basket of rolled up injera bread that is served as well. You would tear off a little piece of the injera bread and scoop up a bite of a dish to eat. It's a communal affair, so it's best to come with family and friends so you can try many dishes together. We definitely left feeling really full and had leftovers to bring home. Also, side note. Because you are eating with your hands, you won't get utensils or plates so if you want them, be sure to ask your server. The decor of the place is warm and inviting. I love the look of the restaurant and have brought family and friends here numerous times. Parking is easy and service is attentive. They also have a kids' menu that serves your typical nuggets, cheeseburger and macaroni. We wanted our children to eat Ethiopian food so we opted out of ordering from the kids menu.
