The decision was based on his professionalism, reliability and never having made me feel like he was just trying to sell me (like the Magnolia guys at Best Buy). After working with us by adjusting the products we were purchasing to meet our budget, we hired Devin and his team. We are very glad we did. He showed up on time, figured out our mess of a wiring system left behind by previous owners, and in less time than he expected. I was out of town when they installed and he worked with my wife. She never felt intimidated by the technology after he showed her how to use it (and she can't find Netflix on our TV). Devin was great to work with and I would highly recommend Dijis Technology Solutions. Please feel free to leave any questions in the comments. I would be happy to provide any other information about our experience.

Highly recommend Devin and Dijis Technology Solutions.

There are two kinds of IT people, the ones who leave you more confused than when you started, and…read morethe ones who quietly solve the problem and get you back to running your business. Working with Matt was exactly that. He was prompt, professional, and refreshingly easy to work with. No unnecessary jargon, no drama, just honest expertise and a genuine commitment to getting the job done right. As a small business owner, having someone reliable to call when technology gets in the way is invaluable. If you're looking for an IT professional who knows his craft, communicates well, and delivers on his promises, I highly recommend him. Good people are hard to find. Great IT people are even harder.

I can't say enough great things about Matt. He absolutely saved me this week…read more My Lenovo laptop completely failed to boot after a graphics driver cleanup utility corrupted the Windows boot configuration and recovery environment. The system was stuck in a recovery loop, BitLocker was triggered, and Windows wouldn't load or even reliably enter repair mode. Multiple shops I called said it would take several days just to diagnose the issue. Matt turned it around in essentially one day. He was able to manually access the system, unlock BitLocker, repair the corrupted boot configuration, rebuild the necessary Windows files, and get the machine fully operational again -- without wiping my data. That was critical, as I had local files that weren't backed up to the cloud. Beyond the technical expertise, what impressed me most was: * Clear communication * Fast turnaround * Extremely reasonable pricing * No upselling, no unnecessary "reinstall everything" approach He diagnosed the real issue quickly and fixed it correctly the first time. If you're an independent contractor who depends on your machine daily, or you run a small to mid-sized business and need reliable, competent IT support, Matt is exactly who you want on your side. Look no further. Highly, highly recommend.

My 9 year old spent a lot of the spring whining about getting kicked off zooms and I have to admit that I'd be pretty annoyed if that was happening to my work calls. One week into fall e-learning and I told my husband we had to look into upgrading our wifi again. A bunch of people had suggested the Eero pro drastically improved their lives. He bought it and called Paul's Winnetka TV to install it. Paul showed up (masked of course) a few days later and told us we didn't need the pricey Eero and he could make our wifi oh so much better, especially in the rooms where it wasn't working as well (mostly my daughter's corner room upstairs and my husband's office in the basement). I'm not really sure what he did (some sort of re-rerouting), but he spent many hours here and our internet works perfectly in every room. It's always worked well in my office, but it's extra fast now, which I love. And most importantly no complaints from our resident 9 year old whiner. He charged us $400, which was less than the Eero (we returned it). He even showed up a few days later as promised with wood shelves to go under the routers and very patiently helped me re-connect my printer to the network. I've heard of so many others having network issues as we adjust to our temporary lives working/schooling at home and would highly recommend giving Paul a call.
