The breads were baked the same day. After ordering, the sandwiches came out within a reasonable timeframe. The deals for Thursday of buy two get one free, if anyone live here is too good to pass up. Wow. This place is great. I don't typically like bahn mi. I never knew why anyone would. They have always been dry and under seasoned. This is not that. Not by a long shot. The bread is made fresh in house. You can see all the racks when you walk in. This place is more of a bakery than anything. I think they sell 5 loaves for a few bucks. It's absolutely the best. So crisp in the outside and tender like poboy bread on the inside. The sandwich toppings were nice. I got the basic ham and it was full of flavor. The pickled veg were so well seasoned and nice. It was a very nice compliment to the rich pork and some sort of spread they had on it. I could not get enough of this thing. I truly thought i hated bahn mi. My motto is that every dish has the potential to be delicious. If I haven't liked it yet, I may have my found the best version. I'm so happy to conclude my search locally. We will be back back. Absolutely the best bread and Bahn Mi sandwiches in Dallas! Amazing, fresh, authentic and price is great. I always get the Pork Meatball Banh Mi and it is delicious. Get extra, extra napkins because the sandwich is packed and lots of "juice". Service is always very friendly. They are closed on Monday and Tuesday so I can't wait for Wednesday lunch. I've tried their #10 roasted pork, #12 roasted and shredded pork, and #13 white ham and bbq pork. I like their combo banh mi and #13 is definitely one of my favorites. You can also ask for veggies on the side so your sandwiches don't get soggy if you're not eating them for a while. I prefer lots of pate and mayo on my subs, and they do not skimp out!!! Before going into details, everything (with the exception of Grilled Chicken Sub) was absolutely delicious. The only thing that would make Quoc Bao Bakery better would be to have crispier sandwiches. The Rolled Ham Sub may look and be simple, but it is absolutely delicious. You should get the Rolled Ham Sub if you like it clean, simple, and tasty. The Meatball Sub is one of my favorites -- anywhere I go, I tend to get it. If you enjoy a juicy sandwich with meatballs, this is definitely something you should go for. It's tasty, juicy, and great! The Grilled Chicken Sub was definitely one of my least favorites. Don't get me wrong -- it was tasty, but it wasn't delicious as the others. It was fairly dry, and there weren't enough condiments inside. However, if you love chicken, this is something you may want to try. Oh, the BBQ Sub -- this is my all-time favorite. The cashier told me it would be a 15 min wait so, it being covid times and the shop has very little space, I waited in the car.
