I was very disappointed but I was going to buy it anyway. I decided to ask someone else and ask if they could please help me in anyway possible. Then I found out by another employee that the bakery isn't allowed to sale cakes unless they're decorated. The daughter of the owner is extremely kind, I can't say the same for some of the employees who answer the phone; basic manners and customer service are significantly lacking.
