The biggest issue was the lack of organization. There was no ticketing or clear system to keep track of who was actually in line. We also noticed people arriving later and joining friends and family who were already in line, which made the whole process feel unfair. I understand openings can be hectic, but when you're advertising something for the first 50 customers, there should be a system in place to make sure those who actually waited in line are counted. We got there extremely early for a reason, so it was definitely disappointing to miss out because of poor crowd control.
