Raising Cane's is one of my favorites back home, and getting it after such a rough travel day felt like a small gift. What made this stop truly stand out, though, was the staff. Even with ten minutes left before closing, they were cheerful, kind, and welcoming. If they were frustrated by my late-night arrival, they never showed it. Instead, I was greeted by a smiling team member who handed me hot, fresh chicken that absolutely hit the spot. Their attitude turned the end of my day around. On…read more7/11/25, I went through the drive-thru around 3:20 p.m., and I didn't get my food until 3:40 p.m. I was told to pull into one of the numbered parking spots, but every single one was full because they were making everyone park and wait. It seemed really unorganized. I saw multiple people go inside because they either didn't get their food or it was wrong. One lady next to me checked her bag, realized it was the wrong order, and handed it back. Then that same bag was handed to me, and I had been waiting so long that I just took it. But turns out--it wasn't mine either. I went inside to get it fixed, and when they remade it, the bag seemed right. But when I opened the sandwiches, they weren't even what I ordered. At that point, I didn't bother going back again. I didn't even eat the food. There were a lot of employees working, so I don't really understand why things were so backed up or why so many people were getting incorrect orders.
