It is very modern and one of the nicest gas stations I've been in. The outside seating is across the parking lot and also features a small dog park. It's $10 and comes with a biscuit containing a chicken strip, slice of cheese, two slices of bacon, and some sausage gravy. - The slice of cheese is a bit overpowering as it has a very strong flavor. - The bacon has a smoked flavor and is almost a bit too strong; if you're trying it by itself the smoke flavor can burn your throat and you'll need something to drink. I'm simply the customer.) So they threw it in trash begrudgingly as they mumbled to each other. Keep in mind I'm witnessing this entire exchange. Brought me back the corrected double burger but no fries. So I said excuse me hey I need some fries also it was a combo to which they blatantly ignored me! Drive thru girl even came over and said she had no idea what's going on with these workers. This Alcoa location is friendly and consistently clean. The food is a good value and tastes great! Plus, I like the cute red and white retro decor. There's an outside patio area, too.
