So. Since new management took over this quiznos, i'd have to honestly report that Jeff and his staff have completely transformed my love of quizno's food. From the tasty custom dishes, to the free samples on occasion that the staff bring out to try other types of dishes. Quizno's on Mt Lehman is owner operated and full of smiles, great customer service, fantastic tasting food and more. These guys have transformed this place from being a trashy whole in the wall almost pickup stand, to a nice, sit down restaurant where my staff and I like to frequent. My wife and I love to go here for date nights. I applaud Jeff's efforts for the last few years at turning this place around and really changing my opinions of all the other quizno's in town. Well Done staff. Pizza's are great, subs are great, and man, do not leave without trying one of the Baked Cookies. Chocolate chip......hmmmmmm toasted and tasty......you'll be back. read more

Went to this Quiznos today using the Mobile Bandit app for the first time. Mobile Bandit is great - it tells you where to find nearby deals, and I could get free chips and a drink with the purchase of any Quiznos sub at this location. So I place my order, hit the "Redeem" button on my app, and I have 60 seconds to show them a number on my screen to get the deal. But the guy making my sub won't look at it - he says "wait until you get to the till and show the cashier". Meanwhile the clock is ticking....60 seconds pass and the code on my phone disappears. It's gone. I check all the screens and it isn't saved. After 60 seconds - gone. I say to the guy "Uh....my deal code is gone now. What do I do now?". The app doesn't allow you to get a new code - once you use it it's gone. Long story short, no deal for me. I guess my one star review isn't for the food, because I like Quizno's subs. My low review is for the employees at this location bumbling and not knowing how to use a restaurant-supported app. So I paid full price, and got no deal (the deal was the only reason why I went there). Employees didn't try to fix it, they just said "Oh that sucks, wish there was something we could do". They didn't care. I won't be going back. read more

I generally don't visit Quiznos outlets, for one single reason. The menu is great. The food is healthy. Things are clean and well presented. But there is one thing that keeps me away, and that is the 'music' the outlets I've visited force on customers. Listen, music is a very personal thing. Some like this; others like that. You will never find one music genre to suit all customers. Today I visited the Mount Lehman Road Quiznos outlet in Abbotsford, BC. 3220 Mount Lehman Road. Hadn't been there for ages, but I had a coupon so my daughter and I decided to use it. They were playing RAP. Foul. Pornographic. Angry. Very, very angry music. The RAP 'music' being played totally destroyed the atmosphere. By the way, the Quiznos restaurant was virtually empty. As a franchise owner (perhaps a gang-banger himself?), are you proud of the fact that customers are being driven out of your stores because of the foul music they are forcing on customers. I say forcing because as customers we have no choice but to endure the stuff. I had asked the sole attendant at the Quiznos outlet if she could turn off the offensive RAP while we ate there. She was Punjabi and so it took quite a while to get her to understand what we wanted. Finally understanding, she declined, deferring to 'the boss' who liked that particular 'music'. The boss might; we didn't. And from the empty restaurant, I suspect others didn't either. As a franchise operator, do you not understand that music can make or break the atmosphere in any restaurant? You do understand this, right? Well? Assuming you do, why wouldn't you exercise some measure of control as you do with respect to the other aspects of the operation. Clearly, music played in your outlets - the ONE thing that can destroy the ambiance of a place in nanoseconds - appears to have been missed. So, if Quiznos continues to play foul, offensive, intrusive, irritating, annoying, mindless 'music' in its outlets, we will continue to avoid the place. Your choice. If I were you I'd run a bit of an experiment. I'd direct my franchisees to either abstain from blasting music at their customers, or play non-vocal music less offensive, less angry, less misogynist, less racist, and less pornographic than RAP. read more

I keep going wanting to give Quizno's a chance as I like the taste of their sandwich better than subway but everytime there is always a let down by the employees. Went in this time and asked if I could have 12 inch sub with half it being mesquite chicken and the other half Chipotle chicken. Lady says no, even though the difference is just the type of dressing and the mesquite has onions on it. She wasn't having any of it. At the end I asked if I could have onions on half of the sandwich and she tells me that she would have to charge it as two separate 6inch Subs instead of the 12 inch. I ate the sandwich and will never go back to any Quiznos. read more

The new owner is cheap. I asked for extra sauce, paid for extra sauce. But when the worker went to put the sauce on my sandwich he motioned "no" so I'm more than certain she pretended to do so. Also dropping your sandwich with part of the wrapping on, on the floor and still serving it to you. Gross. Also if I have coupons, I am able to use them. Don't give me a dirty look just because I'm actually using the coupon. IT'S WHAT IT'S FOR. read more
