I initially went through the drive-thru and ordered just a cod sandwich. After waiting several minutes, I decided to add fries and a drink to make it a meal. When I returned to the drive-thru, I was told by the staff member, Raman, that I would have to pay full price for everything because I didn't order it as a meal the first time. As someone who has worked in fast food, I know this could have easily been handled with a bit of flexibility and common sense--especially given the short time that had passed. Instead, I was met with rude service and zero effort to accommodate the situation. Sadly, this visit has soured my opinion of this location. Customer service training is clearly needed here.
